About the Property

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Warm and inviting mountain home located in the high end Elk Ridge Estates community in Duck Creek Village, Utah. Conveniently located close to all the sites in the 'grand circle' near the corner of the 14 and 89. Approximately a half hour drive from both Bryce Canyon and Zion, yet still close for many day trips to the north rim of the Grand Canyon and lake Powell. 3 well-appointed bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Main level features a two story family room with a wall of windows to enjoy the view, along with a large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has stainless appliances with everything you need. The laundry area offers a full washer and dryer. Master bdrm has a king bd, master bath with jetted tub and is set privately on the 2nd upstairs level. The 2 guest rooms are on the lower level one with queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The family room has a queen pull out couch for additional guests. Large wood burning fireplace and central air keeps the home comfortable year round. Come to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the mountains but all the modern comforts. Directtv, games and movies for entertaining family. Close to brian head for skiing and minutes from miles of snowmobile and atv trails. Horseback riding, hiking and scenic drives are all minutes away. We have everything you need to come and have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We have used this place as our home for many years and hope to make it as comfortable for our guests.

Located approximately 11 miles outside of Duck Creek Village, in the Elk Ridge community at the corner of the 14 & 89. Approximately 2 hours from the north rim of the Grand Canyon and 1/2 hour from both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Many hiking trails and scenic area to explore.

About the owner: My husband Rick and I have 2 kids, Mattox and Sophie. Originally from Chicago, and after living in Los Angeles for a while, we now live in Las Vegas which gives us a lot of opportunities to enjoy this place. We hope that we can offer the same relaxing and enjoyable times to our guests that it offers to us. We wanted to create a place that our guests could enjoy and feel at home.

Why the Owner Chose Long Valley Junction, UT, USA:
My husband and I ended up here during a forth of July trip in 2007, we instantly fell in love with the area. We ended up looking at homes for fun and when we saw this one is was like it was meant for us. It had what both of us wanted in a mountain home, year round accessibility, paved streets, fantastic views of the pink cliffs, trees and the neighborhood was conveniently located by the 14 and 89, which gave us great access to many scenic drives. Over the years we have loved and enjoyed this place and even called it home for a few months when we relocated from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 2013.

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Being close to both the 14 and 89 offers an easy drive to many scenic locations. Both Zion and Bryce are approx 1/2 hour drive away. Lots of wildlife to see and wonderful towns to visit.
