Fully furnished 2000 sq./ft home with 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has a Sealy King mattress set with a dresser and night stands, bedrooms 2&3 are Sealy Queen sets with dressers and night stands. There are three individual single bunk beds that sleep 6 adults/kids comfortably. The living room is large with two couches and a lazy boy with a 50 inch flat screen smart TV with Bright House Cable & WiFi through out the house. There is also a large flat screen smart TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen is large with beautiful quartz counters and plenty of counter space. Washing machine and Dryer in laundry room and all new appliances through out. Two car over sized garage with key pad/remote opener. Bathrooms are clean and showers have great water pressure. Plenty of closet space and storage. Back yard is large and fenced in with a back patio table and chairs as well as a charcoal grill. Trailers are welcome on the property. The property is on a large corner lot with lots of road frontage for parking additional vehicles. The home sits in a short round about cul-de-sac type street with only one inlet/outlet. It has a very nice and safe feeling to it. All the neighbors are great people that look out for each other. Perfect for the kids. The city center and library are a short walk away with a nice bike/walk path that leads around a beautiful pond. The famous South Daytona Beaches are less than 5 miles away. The Ponce Inlet is right around the corner with some of the greatest off shore fishing charters around. There are plenty of tackle and bait shops to get you set up for all the inshore fishing you want. You are surrounded by great seafood restaurants and plenty of night life activities. Race fans, the speedway is only 7 miles from the house. There is a shuttle service for your use to the race track. Port Orange is a city in Volusia County, Florida, United States. The city's estimated population was 56,529 in 2011. The city is part of the Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area; the metropolitan area's population in 2010 was 494,593. Port Orange is a principal city in the Fun Coast region of the state of Florida.
Port Orange was settled by John Milton Hawks who brought freed blacks to work at his sawmill after the U.S. Civil War. Esther Hawks established an integrated school in the area. The colony struggled soon after its creation and most colonists left. The area that became known as Freemanville is a legacy of the settlers that held on in the area.
Port Orange is located at 29°7′8″N 81°0′10″W (29.118970, -81.002906). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 28.7 square miles (74.3 km2). 26.6 square miles (69.0 km2) of it is land and 2.0 square miles (5.3 km2) of it (7.09%) is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 56,048 people, 24,841 households, and 15,44 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,102.3 per square mile . There were 27,972 housing units at an average density of 1,049.2 per square mile (329.7/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 91.3% White, 3.3% African American, 0.3% Native American, 2.2% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 1.0% from other races, and 1.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.5% of the population.
The median income for a household in the city was $46,572.
Recent studies show the workforce to be educated, productive and competitive, with 10 percent under-employed. Seven colleges and universities and the Advanced Technology Center support business needs with career advancement, workforce development and research.
Education, health care and government are the area’s largest employment sectors.
One of the larger businesses in Port Orange is Thompson Pump and Manufacturing. The city has started courting high-tech companies as well, prompting the simulation training defense contractor, Raydon Corporation, to move it's headquarters and all operations there in 2010.

About the owner: I was born in California and at the age of 12 I moved with my parents and two younger siblings to Georgia where I finished high school and Jr. college. I eventually attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fl, during which time I became the proud home owner of this property. I worked hard on remodeling it while going to school. Little by little it was transformed into the place we love today. I am now a medical sales professional working long hours at several hospitals here in Texas. My wife proudly home schools our 3 boys, and together we try hard to do our very best as parents. I thank God every day for my family and the countless blessings that have come our way over the years.

This home is where my wife and I started our lives together and so it has a very special place in our hearts. It has a real peaceful feel to it, and we both love the ocean, especially the beaches in South Daytona. Our children now love the trips to the beach house, and they can't wait to go again every year. For these reasons it was impossible for us to ever think about selling this home. So instead we decided to come up with a way for us to still be able to enjoy our times at the beach house while offering this experience to other families to enjoy. The location of this home made perfect sense for our new family. It is safe and away from heavy traffic. Port Orange is a quiet little town that has a great community that really looks out for each other. We always felt safe around town with the kids, and there was always some family friendly events going on to keep us entertained. For travelers interested in the fast paced Daytona Beach experience, its the perfect location to retreat back to after the day is over to safely rest your head and recharge for the next day. For the beach goer, its 4.8 miles to the cleanest and most kid friendly part of the of the beach. Here you can load up the kids and drive right onto the beach itself to find a nice spot to set up camp for the day. Having the vehicle right there is very convenient. Just bring everything your heart desires to the beach with no worries about how to carry it all. Its all right there in the car next to you: cooler full of sandwiches, chairs, umbrella, camera equipment, towels, kids toys, shovels, kites, boogie boards, surf boards, snorkeling equipment, etc. Dont forget the SUN SCREEN!
