Best spot on the Gulf Ciast!

We have lots of family in the area so visit 30-A a lot. We have rented almost every unit at Commodore as well as local cottages and other condo resorts. This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back! Clean, luxurious, large, kid friendly for Grandkids, very well appointed (except for hair dryer), convenient to everything and great fun! My question to Alicia - how do you stand not living in it every minute?? We will always check availability when we plan a visit. Wish we could keep it a secret for our use only! John and SueJehl. Very nice views but property not a good value.

The location and views from Paradise Penthouse are wonderful. We were close to many great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was nice, but I expected something a little nicer. The carpet felt old and a bit dirty but there were no stains. The linens were sub par...mix matched towels but they were all white. Sheets felt old. The decor was very standard. This property was on the high end so you'd at least expect wine glasses...there was 1. The rugs on the deck are pretty frayed and held down with cement blocks...look out for stubbed toes! My biggest complaint is there is only 1 parking space per unit. It DOES say that right on the agreement but I incorrectly assumed 1 reserved spot and then first come first served for any other. The condo sleeps at least 7...we were two couples meeting at the beach so we had 2 cars. The owner did tell us about some street parking a block away which we did use but it was inconvenient. Overall it was ok...better suited to a family with young kids than a nice weekend getaway for adults. Side note...we were there during hurricane Nate and everything held up well. We did move all of the furniture against the building and put the table upsidupside down to prevent blowing.

Wonderful stay!

The unit is updated and spacious on the inside, with lots of light and a huge walk-out balcony. The location of the complex is PERFECT along 30A and is easily accessible. The only downside that I can say is that the condo pool is older and somewhat unkept but we spent the whole time at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great balcony views!

Two couples enjoyed a fabulous New Year's weekend getaway. The beach view is tremendous. Quiet, small complex in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and a convenient area for recreational walking/biking. Kitchen and den were quite comfortable. The only limitation is parking is tight. Alicia was very accommodating.
