Also, Gulfview Heights Beach Access is just a few blocks to the East, where parking and restrooms are available. The keyless entry with your own code eliminates keeping up with keys. Drive right up to your door and park 2 cars in the lighted covered space under the unit. There is more parking available on-site as well. New wood and tile flooring as well as granite countertops have been installed, new furniture (including memory foam mattresses), new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full size washer & dryer, small appliances, window treatments plus 3 new flat screen TV's, DVD players, cable and WiFi. Freshly painted throughout. This 'living large' 1400 sq. ft. town home offers a fully stocked kitchen with corner pantry and adjoining laundry room. The granite breakfast bar adds additional seating and leads into the roomy dining/living area and half bath. A new Sealy Queen Size Sofa Sleeper offers additional sleeping space. Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to a covered deck with table and chairs, overlooking the West pool & hot tub and the volleyball court. Join in the activities, or sit and watch while you relax on your front porch. Upstairs , you'll find two big bedrooms and plenty of closet space. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the dual sink bath has a deep jetted tub - Jacuzi for Two - and a separate shower. Off the Master is a private deck with table & chairs and a beautiful treetop view with a peek of the gulf. About Amy Porter Baker
We moved to the Destin/South Walton area in 1992 from Dallas. You can get folks out of Texas, but never can get the Texas out of the folks. However, we love this area and our two children are grown and have settled in to Northwest Florida to stay. Now that there are Grandkids involved, I guess we'll never leave either! Amy Porter Baker is our on site property manager. She is a dedicated professional and she does a wonderful job taking care of our guests!

Our family loves 30A - we refer to it as '30Ahhh'. If you've spent time here before, you understand why. And if you haven't been down yet, you'll understand when you get here. It is the most beautiful, artistic, scenic place in the world and it soothes our soul. So when we had the opportunity to buy this town home in March 2014 so near the beach, we jumped on it. We plan on it being a long-term vacation home that our current and future families will enjoy. The challenge was that it had to be totally renovated, from the walls out and the floors up, so good that we've got our kids and their kids that we could put to work!
What makes this Townhome unique
We love this place. The amenities and grounds at Legends offer so much relaxation for old and young, and the close proximity to several beach accesses make this place perfect. Another plus are the high ceilings, spacious rooms and large closets. Even the laundry room is huge. It feels like a home and not like a condo or rental. The deck off the Master Bedroom is private and will have it's own table & chairs, but if you want to socialize, you can join your neighbors sitting on the deck off the living room downstairs. It overlooks the West pool and the volley ball court. (Easy to supervise the grandkids from there!) Can't wait to quit painting and go sit . . .

The Condo was as advertised and very clean!! It has been well cared for and very spacious. The beach was a little walk down a private road. The beach was not crowded which allowed a great view and access. The owner (Amy) was very helpful and made sure that everything was in order and worked to insure our stay was wonderful!! I would recommend this to all my family!!

Unit was wonderful
The unit was just as described in the advertisement and Amy was very helpful (and prompt) with answering questions. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for the family to move around. I was not overly excited about the shared deck arrangement on the main floor, but it was ok as we simply used the stairwell to the carport as our main entrance and exit point. Loved the stocked shed with all of the beach accessories! The walk to the beach was just as described and not bad at all. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will consider staying in the future.

Amazing family vacation spot
We loved our stay in Santa Rosa! The condo is perfect for families - Amy made sure we had a pack and play set up for our youngest as well as other baby amenities for our stay. Unfortunately a tropical storm came through the area during our stay but Amy made sure we were set up in case of any power outage. The beach was a short walk away, and thanks to a well stocked shed with beach cart, I was able to take all four kids plus our stuff to the beach solo. Highly recommend this condo and vacation spot

This place was perfect for our family. It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The pool and hot tub were right outside our door. We will return to this place when we come back. Amy was available anytime. If we had and questions she got right back to us.

We stayed at the Legends for a week in March and couldn't be happier. The location was great. The townhouse was clean and well supplied with necessities. Amy was great to work with and even texted us to let us know we could get in early. The week we were there was a little chilly, but definitely beat the nor'easters we avoided in NY! Not a complaint, but a heads up for people who don't like stairs..there are a lot. If planning to do laundry while there, OMG the washer and drier are huge! Having two balconies was great also. My husband preferred tanning on them instead of going to the beach. I, on the other hand, love getting sand on my toes and watching the dolphins. I would definitely recommend this rental.

In addition to the beach (there are three accesses nearby), pools & hot tubs, volleyball & tennis courts at LEGENDS, there are so many other attractions nearby. Gulf Place at the corner of 30A and 393 is an easy walk and has fun eateries, shops and frequent concerts. Fabulous food and shopping is along 30A in both directions, just short walks or bike/car rides away. We are close to several world famous golf courses and deep sea fishing and dolphin cruises can be booked in Destin. There is also a riding stable nearby that offers trailrides. Beach activities and rentals are available in the 30A area, and you can jog or bike (bring your own if you'd like) along 30A's scenic bike/walking path - just across the street. This path runs 19 miles through the beach communities of Blue Mountain, Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beaches. Also a must for your 'things-to-do list' are touring the rare Dune Lakes along 30A and also visiting Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Grayton Beach State Park, Eden Gardens State Park and Point Washington State Forest. There are many others, but these are the closest (and the best). The famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just to the West of 30A toward Destin and is a fun day in itself.
