Girls Weekend Out
My daughters and grand daughters spent the weekend here. The property was clean and well maintained the property owner was easy to work with and accommodating. We had nine of us in the apartment, so it was a little tight. It would be perfect for six people. We knew that going in though. We would stay there again.
Great little apartment
Family of 6 stayed in this apartment comfortably. It had everything we hoped for. This was our first time to New York so we were only in the apartment to sleep. Handy location, easy access to subway for tourist attractions and easy walking access too.
Owners were quick to respond to any questions I had before we arrived.
Would definitely recommend!
Ok but in need of repairs to be comfortable
The good: it's clean, good, clean towels and linens, plenty of hot water, the elevator is fast, doorman always on duty, two blocks from Whole Foods.
The not so good: window blinds fall apart when used, no hot water in the second shower, the dining room table has a broken leg and the chairs are coming apart, kitchen can get hot when cooking but window won't open for fresh air, inconsistent radiator heat.
Location, location, location
The place was perfect for us as it is right in the middle of where you want to be. We stayed there with (2) other couples and it worked out perfect for us. They were right on time with the keys when we got there and responded immediately to a small maintenance issue. I wish we could go to NYC more often but if we go back we would definitely want to stay in the same place. Yes, there is noise as mentioned by others BUT it is NYC and you have to expect that.
Great location to use as "home base".
Very clean and conveniently located. Safe neighbourhood - easy access to all sightseeing. Several grocery store options available. Other tenants of the building were very friendly. Would rent again.
Nice Family Stay
The stay was really nice as the apartment was clean and warm. It's located just one block form the Empire State and 20 mins walking by Times Square.
The only problem is the noise, the city is really noisy ant the windows are thin.
Anyway, I recommend it!
Midtown Manhattan, or simply Midtown, is a geographic area of Manhattan, New York City. It is home to some of the city's most iconic buildings, including the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and the United Nations Headquarters. It contains world-famous commercial zones such as Rockefeller Center, Broadway, and Times Square. Midtown Manhattan is the largest central business district in the United States and ranks among the most intensely used pieces of real estate in the world. The majority of New York City's skyscrapers, including its tallest hotels and apartment towers, lie within Midtown. The area hosts commuters and residents working in its offices, hotels, and retail establishments; many tourists, visiting residents, and students populate the district. Some areas, such as Times Square and Fifth Avenue, have large clusters of retail stores. Sixth Avenue in Midtown holds the headquarters of three of the four major television networks. It is a growing center of finance, second in importance within the United States only to Downtown Manhattan's Financial District. Times Square is the center of Broadway theatre.
