Sitting in the heart of Greenwich Village in this historic pre-war landmark building (100 years old), and one of the most unique buildings in all of Manhattan, is this trendy 2 bedroom/1-bathroom chic loft.
Entering on the main level, you will find a living room with a queen-sized sofa bed that can sleep 2 adults.
You will also find the full bathroom and kitchen which is equipped with all new modern appliances.
There is a gas top range, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware for 6, silverware for 6, pots and pans, cooking utensils, coffee cups, water and wine glasses.
There is one dining table that seats 4 in the living room, near the sofa.
Bedroom 1 includes a queen-sized bed, ample space in closets and 2-night stands. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and a dresser.
The apartment is conveniently located to all transportation, and blocks away from Washington Square Park, SOHO, and shopping the neighborhood is a gold mine of social and cultural history.
But whether one comes to savor the architecture, immerse oneself in its history, enjoy the nightlife, restaurants and shops, or just take a lazy stroll through this peaceful downtown enclave, the Village offers a multitude of pleasures.
Greenwich Village is undoubtedly one of New York's best-known neighborhoods.
It's very mention evokes an assortment of familiar images -- a cultural underground of bohemians and beatniks; the stately world of Henry James' Washington Square; jazz clubs galore; tourists on Eight Avenue and Bleecker Streets, and of course, the booming art scene.
At night, Greenwich Village comes alive with sounds from restaurants, late-night coffee-houses, cafes, theaters, and music clubs.
Any-thing and everything can be had from a great burger and fries from the Corner Bistro to an intimate candlelit dinner at One if by Land, Two if By Sea.

Great location/Good Space
The location of this apartment was fabulous. We could walk to everything we wanted to get to, and the subway was close as well. Having 2 bedrooms was very convenient; the living area is definitely tight, but it was fine. Don't underestimate the four flights of stairs; was very bummed when I forgot my gloves and had to go back up! But still the place is nice–not fancy–but the price and location can't be beat.
Our originallly rented unit had a problem and could not be occupied. The replacement unit had too many live bugs in it. The Building was stinky all time. Neighbor was abusive. Kitchen lacked utensils and had poor ventilation. We were unable to cook.
Location, Location, Location
Great location and very spacious appartment. Tons of storage space and just a great space overall!
Could be great but...
Location is perfect. Two bedrooms are lucky to find. Problems to address are: mattress extremely soft and not good for backs, A/C not working, and TV remote buttons don't function so essentially TV unaccessible. With these issues corrected it would be a 5 star.
Great location. Loved the historic building. Walking distance to lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Check in and out was easy. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The neighborhood is bordered by Broadway to the east, the Hudson River to the west, Houston Street to the south, and 14th Street to the north, and roughly centered around Washington Square and New York University. The neighborhoods surrounding it are the East Village and NoHo to the east, SoHo to the south, and Chelsea to the north. The East Village was formerly considered part of the Lower East Side and never associated with Greenwich Village. The West Village is the area of Greenwich Village west of 7th Avenue, though realtors claim the dividing line is farther east at 6th Avenue. The Far West Village is a sub-neighborhood from the Hudson River to Hudson Street. The neighborhood is located in New York's 8th congressional district, New York's 25th State Senate district, New York's 66th State Assembly district, and New York City Council's 3rd district.
