The house is great but the decks need updating
Love the location nice home bit dusty and needs new fridge and deck I'd stay again
Nice property but needs a good renovation. Wooden decks all need work. Some light bulbs are burned out and some lamps don’t work. 7 on scale of 10
Property manager is very friendly, however, the house was not clean, and is in deperate need of repa
Lynn, the property manager, was very pleasant to work with. We were a bit disappointed in the property though. The stairs leading up to the front door, as well as the deck area, are in need of repair. We wouldn't even go out on the deck for fear of falling through. The upstairs toilet overflowed after the very first flush and the water leaked into the kitchen light fixture, and all over the kitchen counter tops. The stove didn't work, but after finding the breaker box, we found the breaker was tripped. There were undergarments found in both bedrooms down stairs and dirty towels in the washing machine. The glass night stand in the bedroom was fifthly. I seriously wonder if the home had been cleaned at all. Defiantly need a new cleaning crew.
It is a great location.
We loved it!
We loved our stay. We were just minutes from downtown and the racetrack. There were a few light out in the house. No lights in the carport or outside stairs. We have recommended this home to some of our friends. We will be staying again. Thank you so much!
Very comfortable and loved the location!
Good place to stay! Location is excellent! Hadn't been dusted in a while and ants were a problem. Decks not in great shape and place could be incredible with some regular maintenance.
A secluded, peaceful retreat. . .
We had a wonderful time! Lots of laughing, eating and resting. The property was well kept and clean. We will be coming . . . that's for sure!

For live entertainment, there is the Spencer Theater, Flying J Ranch, and concerts at Inn of the Mountain Gods. There are several lakes for fishing (Bonito Lake, Grindstone Lake, others), etc. There's even an old west ghost town -White Oaks, NM- about 50 miles away!!
