The Loft on Pine Street is perfect for parents visiting their kids at CSU, couples enjoying one of our many events like Tour de Fat, Taste of Fort Collins, and CSU Homecoming. Old Town is the heart and soul of Fort Collins. This apartment is only two short blocks to the heart and soul of Old Town itself, Old Town Square. You are in the center of everything downtown Fort Collins has to offer. Restaurants, art galleries, fine and funky retail, coffee shops, nightclubs and breweries. Enjoy farmers market, live concerts, or just sitting on one of the many restaurant patios watching Fort Collins at its finest.

This loft apartment is in the center of it all.

Fully furnished, 1,500 square foot with abundant natural light from Colorado's 300 days of sunshine per year! 2 bedrooms, 1 large just remodeled bathroom plus remodeled vanity area in master bedroom. Open, airy and bright floor plan with distinct kitchen, dining, and living rooms, as well as a separate reading nook or office area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a fully cooked meal for those rare occasions you don’t take advantage of the over 100 nearby restaurants, cafes, pubs, and bistros. There is a 250 square foot deck, and your own parking place, a true commodity in any vibrant downtown. You even have access to an additional parking place after 6:00p.m. and the downtown parking structure is only two blocks away.

The private entrance to the apartment is at ground level. There is one flight of stairs up to the apartment which is located entirely on the second floor of the building. Downstairs is a professional office which maintains standard 9:00am. to 5:00 pm business hours.

Also perfect for long-term executive rental. Walk to work, ride the Max, or ride your bike. Convenient, upscale, roomy, nicely furnished, fully stocked, cable and wi-fi provided. Park the car, unpack, and enjoy all that Old Town Fort Collins has to offer.

About Kris Clagett

The apartment is owned by three couples with distinct ties to downtown Fort Collins. We want you to enjoy your visit as much as we enjoy living here. Feel free to ask us questions before, during, and even after your stay. I am Kris and I am the property manager/owner of the group so I will be your initial contact about the loft.

We've all been VRBO renters for a long time so we are excited to be 'on the other side' and offer this unique property to guests.

There is lots to do in Fort Collins, especially downtown. With twelve breweries and counting, Fort Collins is known as the Napa Valley of Brewing. You can walk to three breweries, two cider houses, and a distillery from the apartment.

For the active guests, we are a short drive to the Poudre Canyon where you can enjoy kayaking, rafting, hiking and biking. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National park are only one hour away.

To visit the bigger Fort Collins breweries take one of our two bikes (more available at the Fort Collins bike library located around the corner) and hit the famous Fort Collins bike trail system. Access to the trail is two blocks away. The trail provides easy access to New Belgium, Odell Brewing Company and Fort Collins Brewery. Be sure to stop at CooperSmith’s Pub and Brewing, the first microbrewery in Fort Collins located less than a five minute walk away from the apartment. With five patios, you can usually get a seat on one of them, but try for their patio on Old Town Square. We’ll buy you a beer! Summer weekends are full of festivals and most take place in either Old Town Square or Civic Center Park, both a short walk away.

Other points of interest within easy walking distance from the apartment include: the Discovery Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, The Lincoln Center, Oak Street Plaza, the Public library and park, The Fort Collins Museum, The Fort Collins Trail System and The Farm at Lee Martinez park. All of the Fort Collins Municipal buildings are two blocks away.

The location is close to CSU, but not a quick walk. Don’t worry. Walk two blocks to the Max Transit System and catch the bus right to CSU. You can ride Max as far as the south boundary of Fort Collins.

Another Great Visit

Once again we spent a large part of the summer at the Loft and truly enjoyed our stay. We continue to find the location so convenient to everything. And the Loft is so well equipped with all that we need to make it a terrific home away from home!

Great location!

My old college roommate and I traveled back to CSU for a football game and rented this fabulous condo. Furnished wonderfully. Spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds/linens were a dream. Located within walking distance to our morning Starbucks, as well as many restaurants, shops and bars. Will definitely book again! Love the loft on pine!!

Great location and comfortable

We've rented through vrbo over the course of many years and this was one of my favorite places. Granted, I'm from the area, attended CSU and hold old-town FoCo near to my heart. But the location of this loft is prime, and it is super clean, comfortable and well-appointed for everything you could need. We were traveling with our two young children and found this loft and the owners "kid friendly" as well. Kris was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and had all that we need. I hope to rent this loft again on our next trip back home.
