Flexible Accommodation in Central Edinburgh for a family of 5 or 2 couples

Set in a quiet Georgian Crescent, the apartment is only a few minutes walk from a bustling restaurant / bar area and 10 minutes walk from the city centre and Railway Station.

Fully modernised the accommodation has been designed for flexibility with either two public or two bedrooms depending on choice. The living room contains a double sofa bed and a single bed in the alcove, the bedroom has a double bed, and for further flexibility the open plan living/dining/kitchen area has a double sofa bed which can be used for guests. A bathroom and separate WC / cloakroom make for further flexibility , the apartment can sleep 4 comfortably. Due to the open gas fires the apartment is not suitable for toddlers. Well served by public transport , the apartment has wifi and all other modern appliances.

Gorgeous flat in a great location

It was easily walking to the attractions and from the train station. The schlep back up the hill with bags might be a bit much. The flat itself is so lovely and spacious feeling. Immaculate kitchen. And the hosts are lovely.

This is where I would live, lovely friendly neighbours, amazing decor and although the Fringe Festival was on it was lovely to stay in such style. Very easy access, gorgeous architecture 10 mins on to Princess Street , The Playhouse but you didn't have walk as far, for several fringe events were just 5 minutes walk, Tescos, pubs, gorgeous bespoke shops & plenty to keep all ages occupied.

Delightful base for Edinburgh explorations

This was a lovely base for our long weekend in Edinburgh. Located hard by the picturesque Calton Hill and really close to everything the city has to offer with several really nice shops and restaurants just literally a block away--The Ox was great for a relaxed dinner, Smoke Stack for a nice lunch, and popping into Crombies for a venison roast and Narcissus for some flowers was a fun bit of color. The flat was very nicely furnished, clean, and well-equipped--the photos don't really do it justice. Both the bed in the master and the sofa bed in the sitting room got great reviews from all. The plumbing was great too--lots of hot water even with four people showering up in quick succession each morning. Both the owner and the property management company were very pleasant and helpful; everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back!

So unbelievably great it's hard to praise this flat enough

First of all my wife's cousin who lives in Edinburgh said this apartment was probably a million dollar plus flat. It is decorated like an art gallery. It has everything anyone could ask for: a bath and a half, a nice kitchen, 3 big rooms, which can serve as three private bedrooms. The kitchen is in one of the big rooms. It is well stocked with towels supplies and a lot more.

We walked to princess st, the train station, the Royal Mile and to all the Fringe Festival venues from the apartment easily though some may think it is a little bit north.

The only conceivable drawback for some would be that it is on the third floor and has steep stairs. My wife, my sister and I who stayed here are all in our mid to late 60's and we were able to handle the stairway well. No question that this VRBO has great value.

Lovely apartment in New Town

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, and bit further walk to Old Town.

Hosts had apartment stocked with coffee, tea, milk bread, cheese and eggs upon our arrival - very sweet. Definitely recommend.

Great place to be

The flat is excellent, great location and very comfortable. It is very well equipped and there are great bars and restaurants locally. I would absolutely recommend it.

Bellevue Crescent is ideally suited for the tourist coming to Edinburgh. It is a short walk to the East End of Princes St, with magnificent views available from Calton Hill out to Fife and Leith and along Princes St. There is a wide array of bars and restaurants available in Broughton Street and you are also within walking distance of Leith Walk which has many dining and drinking options. IF you like Italian food, Leith Walk is the place to be! There is a Tesco supermarket close by which is convenient for groceries and smaller grocery stores available close by. The apartment is very handy for the Edinburgh Playhouse which is a popular venue for musical theatre and also accommodates excellent shows during the Edinburgh festival. The apartment is also close to the Water of Leith walkway which is a lovely walk through Edinburgh's industrial history.

Damage Deposit $415.46

1. You, the person making the booking as party leader agree to enter into a contract with the owner, c/o Lovely Lettings, 41 St Bernard's Crescent. Edinburgh EH4 1NR.

2. The contract commences when we have issued the booking confirmation or, if booking within 28 days of arrival, when we have verbally confirmed and given you a booking. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

3. You must be 18 years of age or over when the booking is made and you are responsible for the payments under this contract and for ensuring that all members of your party comply with these terms and conditions.

4. The booking request must be accompanied by the total balance due plus a £300 breakages deposit. Payments can made by online payment, bank transfer or Cheque (cheque payment only accepted if cheque received 1 month in advance of arrival. Make cheques payable to Lovely Lettings Ltd

5. If the balance of the booking is not paid we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and cancellation charges will apply (see clause 16)

6. We will accept payments made by third parties such as members of your party provided they are identified as payments made under this contract. Any repayments which may become due by us will be made to you.

7. Bank charges on payments by means other than UK sterling cheques are payable by you.

8. You agree to:

a. treat the property with care and consideration and report any breakages and damage to us as soon as possible. In particular you agree not to smoke at all anywhere in the building.
b. ensure that no member of your party behaves in a manner likely to cause damage to the property or its contents or cause offence or distress to others
c. Leave the property clean and tidy at the end of the rental period.
d. Permit those only specified at the time of booking to reside in the accommodation and not sub let or assign the property or any part of it, or to exceed the maximum number of guests on your booking. Pets are prohibited at all times.
