Bears Crossing

The condo was so spacious and comfortable! The location is great! You get to be close to everything in Pigeon Forge but yet it is quiet in the condo. We would book again.

Rod Run Weekend

  • 5 of 5

My family has been coming down to the spring and fall rod run for years. We have yet to find the right hotel or condo to fit the needs of everyone, until this year. The entire time we were at Pigeon Forge someone in our group was saying in some form or fashion what a great condo or location and was already asking if we could book it again. Thanks for the clean accomadations and friendly people to plan our trip. We would definitely want to book again for the fall and would recommend it to anyone, if I did'nt want it for myself, lol. Thanks again.

Wonderful condo

  • 5 of 5

This condo was very clean and very well decorated. The livingroom furniture was extremely comfortable. We had two couples and the split bedrooms on separate sides of living area was great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. We liked how close to everything it was but still very quiet. GREAT PLACE!

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Very nicely decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable Condo. Kitchen well equipped. We stayed in the Condo in October 2012 and loved it. My wife wanted a good place to bring her aging parents that would make them feel at home and was easy to access. Parking is close to elevators. My father -in-law loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the river and all that nature provided. We loved the near by Apple Barn ( a must when visiting pigeon Forge) and the Comedy Barn is good clean fun for all ages that will keep you laughing for days. I would highly recommend this Condo.

Three of my friends and I have stayed in this condo for several years. It was perfect for us. It is convenient to everything we wanted to do. Condo was very clean and very well stocked with anything you might need in kitchen. We loved staying there. Unfortunately will not be able to this year but we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this unit .

Rating should show excellent .

Pigeon Forge, in East Tennessee, is surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and beautiful scenery for every season. Our town is made up of a delightful mix of life-long residents, young families attracted by nature’s beauty, and folks who have chosen to spend their retirement years in Pigeon Forge.

Early history of our town dates back to before the Revolutionary War. Our first business was established in the early 1800s. While Pigeon Forge once was a small farming community, the lure of the mountains brought more and more visitors to the area, and new businesses were established to meet the needs of these travelers.

Today, Pigeon Forge is a major tourist destination, and while we take care of more than 10 million people who visit each year, our residents are still our top priority. In addition to our Smoky Mountain scenery, Pigeon Forge has plenty of parks and recreational areas, an outstanding community center and public library, as well as an excellent educational system that ranges from pre-school through high school.

You’ll find Pigeon Forge is an all-American town with a wholesome atmosphere, brimming with family values and old-fashioned Southern hospitality. If you’re thinking about moving here, you should find answers to any questions you may have on the pages of this site.

If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, Pigeon Forge is the place to be and see the outstanding attractions, entertainment and outdoor activities that make Pigeon Forge one of the top vacation destinations in the country.
