This two-bedroom, three-bath residence is located on the second floor at the Kiva just steps away from Beaver Creek Village and with ski-in ski out access to Centennial Lift (Beaver Creek's main lift). The kitchen is open to the dining area and large living room. This Kiva unit sleeps at least six people with a king size bed in the master and two queen beds in the second bedroom. The rental includes one covered parking spot right next to the private ski-lockers.
Kiva guests enjoy a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, and steam and sauna with a private changing area. Kiva also offers a private ski locker room, complimentary wireless Internet, a washer and dryers in the home, covered parking and upgraded common areas. A complimentary village shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.
The owner is very pleasant to deal with and takes every step to ensure your stay is pleasant. The advertisement represents the property accurately. The location to town and the slopes makes this condo very attractive. I would absolutely rent this condo from this owner again in the future.
The stay was better than expected - we have stayed in many VRBO properties at Beaver Creek previously and this is undoubtedly the best albeit also the most expensive. Large well lit rooms. Everything worked well. Nice walking distance to BC village and this make one feel part of the village. The ski out is not really quite that - have to walk about 50 metres but really no problem. Ski in is very good.
Would definitely consider staying again.

You can ski in and out. Located close to ski school and village. Working with the owner is very easy and accommodating.
Great place to stay! We would definitely recommend it. I would give it 4.5 stars if it would let me.
Pros: Well furnished unit, clean, everything worked as described, walking distance to Beaver Creek central area, Kiva pool/hot tub area is nice and well maintained, the gas grill worked nice and was very clean, Kiva staff was extremely helpful and polite, the Kiva common areas were well maintained and looked recently remodeled/upgraded.
Cons: Some of the decor in the unit itself is dated, as is the kitchen (but everything worked as described).
