Quiet, private guesthouse in 5 star location

The Bryant Street guesthouse is an industrial loft style with exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors with in-floor radiant heat, and all the modern conveniences. Our guesthouse was originally built in the 1800's and was converted to its current use in 2014.

Our guesthouse is it's own detached building on our property. It's got a funky industrial loft look and has all the features you'd expect of a brand new renovation. It's an open concept layout with a large walk-in closet behind the sleeping area. The kitchen is well stocked and features all new cabinets and appliances. There is a fenced-in shared yard space and outdoor seating area.

Located in the heart of Lohi, Denver's hottest neighborhood, we're a short 10 minute walk to downtown. Or rent a B-Cycle cruiser bike and cruise the neighborhood, head downtown, or take a ride along the Platte River bike trail. We're located within walking distance of some of Denver's best restaurants and happy hour spots. Within a 1-3 block range we have great places for foodies, including gourmet burgers, two fine dining establishments, a sit-down pizza place, a french bakery, several coffee shops and a frozen yogurt shop. There are also a couple of fun bars and a local brewery located just a couple of blocks away as well as several other options located just a short 5-10 minute walk away.

We have FREE private off-street parking right in front of our guesthouse.

We have an awesome and friendly property manager on-site in a separate home who is available for recommendations, directions or questions!

I've lived in Denver for most of my life and Damon came to attend college 20+ years ago and never left. Clearly we both love this city! We especially love living in such a hip, urban neighborhood like Lohi. We are foodies who enjoy the local restaurants and bars and we love that we can walk just about anywhere we need to go. We absolutely love our house and our guesthouse. It's often referred to as our "private little Garden of Eden" by our guests and we agree. We love hosting people in our guesthouse, and look forward to meeting travelers and helping them feel as comfortable and at home as possible while in Denver. We're a great resource for where to eat, who has the best happy hour, or what to do and see in Denver. We also love traveling and getting to know the people from all over the world. We're heavily involved in the ever-changing real estate market in Denver, both buying and selling and as home builders. If you're coming to Denver with hopes of moving here we'll be happy to show you around!

The guesthouse was originally built in late 1800's as stables for horses and carriages in the neighborhood. It's located on a 'carriage lot', meaning that it's tucked away in the center of the block. It was later converted to garages, and now we've renovated it into a very special place for our guests. The original brick walls remain, but everything else is new. You'll never know that this used to be anything other than the amazing space it is now, but knowing the history makes it even more fun!

What makes this bungalow unique

The Highlands/Lohi area is a great urban neighborhood with many popular destinations within walking distance. There are GREAT restaurants for foodies and nationally ranked bars for those seeking fun nightlife. We're a 10 minute walk from the Platte River Trail and Confluence Park , which is a great place for seeing some of Denver's beautiful outdoors.

Happy Place

Can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your little hideaway!!! You thought of everything! We could not have been more at home. Our Daughter lives 2 blocks away and we we able to spend some quality time with her! Hope so much for a return visit if you’ll have us! Maybe next time we can meet Daisy😀? . Fantastic Stay at the Guesthouse

We had a fantastic stay at the guesthouse on Bryant Street last week! We loved the neighborhood location, and really got to experience the LoHi neighborhood with the great bars and restaurants. We were walking distance to some great spots, and a short Uber ride away from everywhere else.

The guesthouse was adorable, with great industrial design. It was so nice having access to a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. It was incredibly clean, and everything we needed was provided. The TV was great and the best was very comfortable! The owners even thought to leave cushions for the seats for Red Rocks (even though we didn't find them until after we saw a show there)!

We will definitely be back to the guesthouse the next time we return to Denver!

Great location!

Loved the location. Very nice place. Felt like coming home. Easy access to downtown, nice neighborhood restaurants within walking distance, easy walk to Mile High and the Pepsi center. We would definitely stay again probably will on our next visit.

Wonderfull Property! Would stay again.

My wife and I were in town over Labor day weekend and decided to stay at Marcie and Damon's residence. It was the best decision for lodging that we could have ever made. The property itself was very well kept and in a great location with all the amenities one would need. Marcie and Damon were extremely helpful and would respond to any questions within a timely manner. The location of this property was extremely close to a wide array of activities and restaurants, yet tucked away in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood. The other tenants (Casey and Allison) were extremely friendly as well. Too bad we only caught them on the final night after a very exhausting weekend, so we didn't get to hang out. The invitation was well appreciated though. Next time we are in Denver, I will not hesitate to book this property again. Do yourself a favor and stay in this guesthouse.

Red Rocks Concert Trip

Great location. Easy to find with owner's directions. Walking distance to interesting restaurants, architecture and parks. Our favorite restaurant was the Gallop Cafe for lunch. Easy, short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater for the concert and hiking. The guesthouse was the ideal size for me and my wife. Although only 500 sq. ft. you never feel cramped. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast each morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were very inviting. We would definitely stay at the Bryant St. Guesthouse again and recommend to friends and family.
