The Bryant Street guesthouse is an industrial loft style with exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors with in-floor radiant heat, and all the modern conveniences. Our guesthouse was originally built in the 1800's and was converted to its current use in 2014.
The guesthouse is it's own detached building on our property. It's got a funky industrial loft look and has all the features you'd expect of a brand new renovation. It's an open concept layout with a large walk-in closet behind the sleeping area. The kitchen is well stocked and all new cabinets and appliances. There is a fenced-in shared yard space with seating area.
Located in the heart of Lohi, Denver's hottest neighborhood, we're a short 10 minute walk to downtown. Or hop on our cruiser bikes and cruise the neighborhood, head downtown, or take a ride along the Platte River bike trail. We're located within walking distance of some of Denver's best restaurants and happy hour spots. Within 1-3 block range we have great places for foodies, including gourmet burgers, two fine dining establishments, a sit-down pizza place, a french bakery, several coffee shops and a frozen yogurt place. There are also a couple of fun bars with a couple blocks, and several more within a 5-10 minute walk.
We have FREE private off-street parking right in front of our guesthouse.

About the owner: I've lived in Denver for most of my life and Damon came to attend college 20+ years ago and never left. Clearly we both love this city! We especially love living in such a hip, urban neighborhood like Lohi. We are foodies who enjoy the local restaurants and bars and we love that we can walk just about anywhere we need to go. We absolutely love our house and our guesthouse. It's often referred to as our "private little Garden of Eden" by our guests and we agree. We love hosting people in our guesthouse, and look forward to meeting travelers and helping them feel as comfortable and at home as possible while in Denver. We're a great resource for where to eat, who has the best happy hour, or what to do and see in Denver. We also love traveling and getting to know the people from all over the world. We're heavily involved in the ever-changing real estate market in Denver, both buying and selling and as home builders. If you're coming to Denver with hopes of moving here we'll be happy to show you around!
Why the Owner Chose Highlands (Denver, CO, USA):
The guesthouse was originally built in late 1800's as stables for horses and carriages in the neighborhood. It's located on a 'carriage lot', meaning that it's tucked away in the center of the block. It was later converted to garages, and now we've renovated it into a very special place for our guests. The original brick walls remain, but everything else is new. You'll never know that this used to be anything other than the amazing space it is now, but knowing the history makes it even more fun!
