The unit is tastefully furnished with high end finishes, Italian custom-built living room sofa, with sumptuous proportions, and custom leather reclining chair for reading in the master bedroom. Master bedrooms has serene, leafy or tree-top views, as do balconies, upstairs and down. The same view is visible from the huge master path, visible from huge enclosed in glass rainwater shower. The master en suite contains a walk-in closet and dressing area. The upstairs guest bedroom has ample closet space, custom dressers and an adjacent large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower.
Descend a sturdy, custom stairwell, under a surprising custom skylight onto the entrance level, on the first floor.
There is a custom-crafted distressed wood dining room, and a spacious living and dining room, home office, fireplace, and updated, stocked kitchen. The home office is ready for business or personal use, with a green space adjacent view and a balcony. Every piece was selected for both form and function, as well as to maximize your enjoyment. Both bedrooms have queen-sized memory foam mattresses. Cable TVs, free WiFi, and free US domestic calls. Surprisingly generous closet space throughout the townhouse.
Newer appliances include Sub Zero refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-sized washer/dryer unit, espresso and coffee maker options. Organic coffee and other surprise amenities abound.
The house has a rotating art collection. We are always making improvements and adding amenities to maximize our guests' experience.
The complex is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and gardens. The townhouse itself is
surprisingly private and you are unlikely to hear (or see) a neighbor your stay. That said, the location is so centrally located, despite that it is on a private, tree-lined street, every guest has commented that their favorite people watching venue is either of the balconies at home.
This is one of the few places in LA that you need not have a car. You are literally steps away from Santa Monica Boulevard, with a Trader Joe's, a huge Starbucks, a 24 Hour Fitness club, pressed juice bars and healthy many al fresco dining options. Walk east or west on Santa Monica Boulevard and you will see why West Hollywood has been dubbed 'the creative city.' The boulevard is a showplace of surprises: English gardens, art installations, tiled roundabouts. There are many clubs, nightlife, and eateries also along SM Blvd. If you walk west, the nightlife is bustling. The famed Abbey Bar and restaurant is cavernous, and an unique experience that's popular with our guests. One block east is La Cienega Blvd, where you can walk to the fine dining, Wa or Fig and Olive, or casual French dining at weho Bistro (Holloway and LA Cienega.)
You are also just a short walk from the iconic Beverly Hills sign, as we border Beverly Hills which is a few blocks west of your townhouse. We are in West West Hollywood, it's a coveted location. There is a footpath that is popular for strolling into Beverly Hills, and is well shaded for day walks. If you are so inclined, slip into the manicured neighborhoods of Beverly Hills. It is rich with an eclectic mix of huge houses and estates, many of which are architecturally jaw-dropping.
One block north of Santa Monica is Melrose Avenue. To the east is a sprawling selection of fashion boutiques and couture for all tastes. There are fantastic restaurants everywhere. If you go west on Melrose, there are art galleries and furniture design showrooms, al fresco dining, and the famed Pacific Design Center, which houses scores of design boutiques all under one roof. Formerly called the 'Blue Whale' for it's bold, glitzy palette, it now has two adjoining large structures; one green and one red. You can't miss it. There is a state of the art public library adjacent to the PDC, which is also worth a look.
Walk out the front door and two blocks north. You will have arrived at all the Sunset Strip has to offer, including a panoromic view of the Hollywood Hills. Sunset Boulevard is known for it's many famous music and comedy clubs, large hotels, all of which you will likely know by name. Within a couple more blocks, east on Sunset, is Sunset Plaza Drive. It is known for it's chic style, European flavor and popular restaurants. There is a little known Japanese restaurant a stone's throw from the house that can rival any in the country (Wa, it's on the second floor of a strip mall.) It's tiny and a bit of a local secret, so reservations are required.
If you are without a car, there are usually taxis near your door at an adjacent boutique hotel. Public transportation is easy, close, and can take you most anyplace, including to our clean and modern Metro system.
Underground, secure parking is included with your reservation. Let us know if you have more than one car, and we will be happy to make accommodations for you. Parking is assigned by unit, so we ask that you respect our neighbors and park within your designated spaces.
You may have noticed that all of the venues and sites mentioned above are within walking distance. You can literally park the car for days at a time, and not have any need for it. We are conveniently located spot to explore the rest of LA, equidistant from the beach and downtown.

- This townhouse us incredibly private. You can easily go a month without seeing a neighbor. There is a private entrance, directly from the parking garage, to the courtyard, and steps to your front door. It is dead quiet inside the apartment. Despite that there are adjoining walls connecting a townhouse on either side, there is never a sound from a neighboring unit. There is very little street noise, despite that there is a boutique hotel in close proximity. The street is protect be drive by traffic as it is blocked on one end, and an adjacent roundabout, with speed bumps, makes high speed car chases impossible....moreless

Nestled in an oasis of quiet between the famed nightlife, restaurants and hotels that line Santa Monica and Sunset Blvd., one after the other. It is the ultimate location, location, location for those who wish to enjoy this area, or neighboring areas, on foot. Parking is provided and every manner of private or public transportation is immediately accessible. Restaurant, day spa, training gym (with trainer) casual dining, al fresco dining, every manner of shopping recommendation provided in detail upon request. The convenience factor is also an allure for those here on work trips. The easy access to everything is comparable to living in New York City, except with warm weather, s and palm trees.
The space is large enough to accommodate a frat house. We prefer to host one or two guests. That's not a rigid policy. If we are simpatico, we are open to hosting more than two people.

Why Norma Triangle, West Hollywood, CA, USA:
It's an unheard of thing in LA. You can walk to hundreds of restaurants, fashion and design studios, Beverly Hills, Melrose, Beverly Center, the Grove and two dozen major or private training gyms. (It is LA.). You can sit on your two balconies and people watch. Every major Sunset Strip hotel is a few blocks away; one of those famous boutique luxury hotel is just across the street. You can crawl to the nearest trader joe's, Starbucks, French bistro, and famed day spa, within minutes. You can walk to the a Sundance movie theater complex, which often shows feature that only show in LA or NYC. That's at Crescent Heights and Sunset. Walk Sunset and you will pass Sunset Plaza, the Standard Hotel, Chateau Marmont,the House of Blues, and many other iconic venues. No parking problems. We have two large side by side spots in the attached, below ground garage. Additional street permit parking if you like.

What's remarkable about the location is that while you are nestled between two of the busiest streets in the city, you can close your doors and enjoy a modern, spacious beautiful oasis of tranquility. It is also private as can be. If you stay a month, (as required by nebulous City law) you may likely see, at most, and briefly, one neighbor. Everyone is private and no one cares about celebrity status. We all only care that any member of this community is likewise quiet and private. If you are looking for a place to have large drunken parties-it's large enough-this place is not for you. Ideally, we like to host one person, maybe two people, at a time. Not a party house, private oasis. We fell in love with the modern architecture: angled rooms, sweeping two level staircase that soars above and looks down into the living space below. A skylight atop the stairwell gives the place an other-worldly feeling. We love the place, as have our guests, and are certain you will as well. If there is anything that you would like to know about, do, or see, just ask. This an insider's experience of LA: we will likely know about architecture, where to hike in the Hollywood Hills, whether you wish to hike with a city view, among locals, or find a romantic setting in privacy. We love our city and aspire for your experience, both here and in the city, to an exciting vacation or a beautiful place to stay home and relax when here on business. If you are industry, and value your privacy, are here working on a project: great. This is the most private place I have ever lived in LA. I include the hills, where I have mostly lived: beautiful, quiet, but less private than this. If that's an issue, we guaranty your anonymity, need not know who you are-will happily communicate with agents, managers, personal assistants. For guests staying two weeks or longer, we will provide (and pay for) a six course dinner for six, cooked at home, by our personal/celebrity chef: James Horner.
