About the property

Remodeled 2 BR/2BA mountain cabin with view, paved roads, peaceful upgraded home

SPECIAL DISCOUNTED WEEKLY RATES!

Beartooth Lodge and the surrounding area was not affected by the recent fires in Gatlinburg. The cabin is ready for you to visit and have fun. Even our view escaped the flames.

Beartooth Lodge is a 2 king bedroom/2 bath cabin with a view off the parkway in Sky Harbor (good location, convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Dollywood).

Access is a paved double lane road with paved level parking for 3 cars. We are 10 minutes from traffic light 10 in Pigeon Forge (traffic light 8 is the turn for Dollywood) and 12 minutes from traffic light 1 in Gatlinburg.

The cabin is tastefully decorated with newly finished wood floors, high ceilings, lots of windows and light, gas fireplace (operates October to April), view of the mountains, ceiling fans, two porches, comfortable rockers, new hot tub, theater room, all new furniture and appliances.

The cabin has luxury linens, washer/dryer, desk for computer, picnic table and charcoal grill with lid, cable TV with premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore), land line telephone service with free long distance in continental US, large screen HDTVs and a sound bar, theater room with 50” plasma TV (bring your favorite movies), two Blu-ray players (plays DVDs and CDs), arcade with over 60 games, radio/CD player that can connect to cell phones or tablets to play your music from those devices, wireless internet access, and access to most cell phone services.

A water filtration system ensures you have clean good tasting water for the entire cabin, everything from drinking water to showers and even the water in the hot tub is filtered.

Our vacation home offers privacy situated in the middle of two large wooded lots.

In case you are unfamiliar with Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, most of the roads in the area wind around, over, and through the mountains. The roads to our cabin are considered very good for this area.

The cabin has a security system for your peace of mind. (Notice: all electronic equipment is locked and has GPS tracking devices permanently attached inside).

About Debra Stephens

We have been visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for over 20 years and purchased the cabin in 2013. After remodeling and adding some upgrades it is ready for visitors. We hope you enjoy our cabin as much as we do.

Debra Stephens purchased this cabin in 2013

Why Debra Stephens chose East

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful vacation spots we have ever visited and the Sky Harbor area in particular is lovely. The paved roads right to our door quickly and conveniently link us to restaurants, recreational venues, and the national park while we retain the rustic mountain feeling that is so peaceful and relaxing.

What makes this cabin unique

The view of the mountains never gets old and the privacy of having some space between you and other visitors is very calming. Have your morning coffee sitting in a rocker on the back porch gazing at the mountains. Grill on a shaded picnic patio near the front porch. Watch the wildlife and take photos. At the end of the day sit in the hot tub as the sun goes down.

AHHHHHHMAZINGGG, Picturesque scenery and cabin

  • 5 of 5

Ahhhhhhmazing! CLEAN, well equipped, and had everything provided we could possibly need. Everything matched and had a cabin feel and even utensils matched completely. Hot tub on the balcony was a must do every single night. The drive up and down the mountain was pretty scary each and every time but well worth it to stay in this perfect mountain get away. Super close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so nothing is too far if need be.

Owner's Response: Thank you for sharing your experience at Beartooth Lodge and we are glad you had a great time. If you are not used to the winding mountain roads in the Gatlinburg area they can seem challenging at first, but usually after a few days guests are cruising up and down the mountain. In fact, our paved two lane roads to the cabin are better than most cabin development roads that you will find in the area. Please come back again.

Beautiful cabin and scenery!

  • 5 of 5

The cabin and location was perfect! Just a short drive down into gatlinburg! As soon as you get down to parkway there's a parking garage right there, $6 maximum charge, cheapest and most convenient we found. We loved our visit! Just wish we could've stayed a little bit longer, but gotta get back to real life! Lol! The cabin was spotless and the beds were soooo comfy!! Decorations were so pretty and it felt homey, like a cabin should! We saw a couple raccoons climbing trees in the back yard! So cute! Didn't see any bears this trip :( but that's ok!! We will definitely be back to visit beartooth lodge again!!! Miss Debra is so nice and helpful!!! Give her a call to set up your next vacation in sevierville/gatlinburg/pigeon forge! But don't take my next dates! Lol!

Perfect

  • 5 of 5

This was perfect cabin for our big family vacation. We had everything we needed, it's just as the pictures show. The beds were so comfy! Communication with the cabin owner, Debra was always great. It was very easy drive into pigeon forge , was quicker than I expected it to be. Took a few minutes to get down the winding roads into Gatlinburg but overall it was a convenient location for us and our sight seeing. I would definitely recommend booking this cabin! Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments and it is always nice to hear that guests had a great time at the cabin. I think you used the "shortcut" to Gatlinburg which does wind around. You can also use the parkway to get into Gatlinburg on the four-lane road which takes about 5 minutes longer. We hope you will come again.

LOVE , LOVE, LOVE!!!!

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this cabin from the moment you walked through the door was like a breath of fresh mountain air. We had everything we could possibly need. Two nights we grilled and ate dinner on the picnic table, so much fun! There was even a radio on the hearth we brought outside with us. And the beds!! Oh my gosh, I have never slept so well! My parents and I are making this an annual trip, thinking we would try a different cabin each year....not anymore!! We have found our home away from home at Beartooth Lodge! Debra thank you for providing such a special cozy cabin, it truly is a gem.

Owner's Response: Thank you for providing a review of Beartooth Lodge. The big beds combined with the peace and quiet in the mountains provide the perfect opportunity to sleep late in the morning. The blackout drapes keep the sun out of your eyes until you are ready to get up and start a fun day. We hope you will come back.

Truly Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

We have been to Gatlinburg several times; each time staying in a cabin. This year's vacationers included three adults and the cabin provided plenty of room and spaces for each of us to relax and unwind privately or gather together. Bear Tooth Lodge was amazing and provided our best experience yet. The cabin is tastefully decorated, clean, and the location could not have been better. Roads to the cabin are easy to navigate and while the roads are dark at night we had no issues finding our way to the cabin after dark. The cabin is well stocked with quality items from the kitchen, to the bath and bedrooms (flashlights are even included in the bedroom night stands)! We loved relaxing on the deck, in the hot tub but especially in the cabin itself. The cabin's security system provides a real sense of privacy and security...wonderful not worrying about a key. Ms Stephens is a wonderful hostess and has thought of everything a vacationer could want or need. One of the highlights of our stay was a visit from racoon who played on the deck for a while then climbed to the top of the railings and took a nap. Bear Tooth Lodge is a cozy home away from home and our time there was fabulous! We hope to revisit Bear Tooth Lodge again very soon!

Owner's Response: It is always nice to hear that our guests enjoyed the cabin. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Beartooth Lodge. Our little raccoon friends have been visiting the back porch off and on for about 3 years now. They are fun to watch. Sometimes they will put their front paws on the French door glass and peer in to watch us. Please come back soon.

Fabulous!

  • 5 of 5

I must have spent hours and hours researching places to stay in TN. While many of the cabins were quite lovely, they didn't meet my personal list of "must haves". When I saw Bear Tooth Lodge online, it immediately gained my attention. We are SO glad it did! It's amazing. It met every single need we could ever have. Decor was tasteful, lodge was spotless, location was perfect. It was thoughtfully stocked - with flashlights in the bedroom side tables even! Our family consists of three young girls; 12, 10, and 3. They adored this place. The little media room is a lovely bonus. I am so thankful we choose this gem for our vacation. Thank you!
