About Corental Property Management Inc

Owners are native Montanans, Brent grew up in Great Falls and Barb's family on both sides were homesteaders here. She was born in Kalispell. Her Grandmother donated the land for the Presbyterian camp on Flathead lake which was her homestead.

Barb and Brent met and graduated from Montana State University, lived around the country coming back in 1970 from Crete, Greece to raise their family .

Brent owned and operated a contractor lumber yard and now manages a ProBuild contractor yard. Barb taught school for 4 years, was a stay at home mom, and then was a Doncaster clothing consultant. Their residence is across the lane from the apartments. They have three married children living in Tokyo, Japan, San Clemente, CA and Seattle WA, and 6 grandchildren.

Corental Property Management Inc purchased this cottage in 2001

Why Corental Property Management Inc chose Lakeside

Our children grew up with a cabin on a lake to go to in the summer. Since they now are married and away, we wanted a dual purpose property, year-round and vacation type, so when we found this, it could house all of our children, spouses and growing number of grandchildren.

Our children have a place to all be together and their children can also enjoy what their parents grew up with and loved so much.

Our children and grandchildren love the tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life that Lakeside offers. They can hardly wait to come each year.

Furthermore, Lakeside is a perfectly sized small town. It's small enough that you know most people, but large enough to have multiple restaurants, stores, and all the needed amenities.

What makes this cottage unique

Being on site owners and having grown up and lived here for 40 plus years, we know the area , and have many connections so can answer or get answers for most questions or problems.

Not good

  • 2 of 5

The description of the property was inaccurate. The access to the property was poor. It was very difficult to get in and out of for my elderly father. Light bulbs, fridge and microwave didn't work. There was very large and loud construction project next door. Owner stored her car below property and oftenwoke us leaving early in am. She lived across the street and put her barking dogs outside early in the am. Management company, Jill and owner very rude. Property says kid friendly. There were 9 axes left for the grabbing on the property. My son immediately gravitated to them. Very sorry to have spent the money. I stay on Flathead lake every summer and this is the first place I've ever disliked there.

Barb and Brent are gracious and welcoming owners. They provided a first wonderful Montana experience for my twin 15 month old grandsons. Thanks so very much. Wayne

Would Come Again!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful and quiet location, yet close to everything! Lots of space, extra linens, and a kitchen with everything you need. We were busy all week preparing for a wedding, and it was nice to have a "home" to go back to for a good nights sleep. Appreciated access to WiFi, the washer/dryer, and air conditioner. Barb replied to all my questions and was easy to work with. Would come again! How could you not love being so close to the water and mountains!

Lovely property

  • 5 of 5

My very elderly relatives stayed here and reported everything was perfect. Even the rollaway bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, well maintained, and exactly as pictured. Barb was great to deal with .... Lakeside grocery and restaurants were close by as clearly described.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

The location was outstanding for our needs. It was close enough to the areas that we wanted to visit, but afforded us the privacy of a true home away from home. Everything was clean and well set up for us. We really appreciate your help in making our stay in Montana to be truly memorable. Thanks much!
