The website does not do this place justice! We were SO pleased with it upon arrival. It is beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle. Although just one minute off of I-90, the sound insulation is amazing - you don't hear the traffic noise and we barely heard anything from neighboring units. Covered parking behind the building. The condo feels super secure due to the keypad entry at the main complex door. The unit is on the second floor, above retail stores. You are steps away from a book store, movie theater, multiple restaurants, pastry/coffee shops, cooking & clothing stores just to name a few. No need to drive anywhere! But, if you choose to, the main downtown area is just a five minute drive to the lake, shopping and parks etc.. The bathtub is huge! Kitchen and laundry room well stocked. Private deck off the living room & bedroom, plus a nearby shared deck area with grills and seating.. The only issues we had was the extremely soft master bed, which did not agree with our backs...and the strange bed configuration (the trundle is in the master bedroom as opposed to a separate room & the day bed is in a room that has no door). Overall, we'd highly recommend this rental. Hope to return ourselves someday!
This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and well-appointed.
Perfectly located, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, a movie theater and Centennial Trail. Short drive to Downtown CDA.
The condo was great, nicely decorated with all the upgrades, washer/dryer was nice. Patio was large, there is a common patio where you have to BBQ which was fine, just down the hall.
The only complaint was the bed, it was horribly uncomfortable, there was quite a bit of food and condiments in the fridge ( not sure who it belonged to-the owner?)
The trundle bed in the master is nice if you have small children. The other bedroom has a daybed.
If you have any bottles, you are asked to dispose of them, but we had no idea where to do so?
We had a bit of difficulty finding the entrance to the condo,a map would have been helpful. Once we knew it was very easy access and no issues with parking behind in the covered parking.
Would definatly book it again, great condo.
This place was very nice, a newer built condo that exceeded our expectation. The centennial trail is about 2 blocks down, close to the city center and the location is right off the freeway. Everything was nice inside, new appliances. The condo is above retail stores which was nice to go shopping, had lots of local restaurants within a few feet, and a street fair on thursday nights. Quiet at night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, even talked about buying, we liked it so much. The only downfall was we had to park in a communal lot, couldnt park in the gated parking which was no big deal, just a short little walk to the elevator.
