Great condo from which you can explore the fabulous central coast of California. San Luis Obispo is a popular small city located 4 hours north of Los Angeles and 4 hours south of San Francisco. The city is well known for its exceptional outdoor activities, the surrounding vineyards and wineries, its quaint downtown great for walking and shopping, and its proximity to some of the best beaches for surfing and swimming. The weather is mild and sunny, warm days and cool nights.

SLO is famous for farmer's markets and the Tuesday Market is located just around the corner at the Grange Hall.

This comfortable townhouse-style condo features 3 bedrooms which sleep 6, a fully equipped kitchen giving you the option of preparing wonderful fresh produce from area farmer's markets, and a spacious living/dining area with gas fireplace. It is a 20 minute walk to the downtown district.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining space, comfortable living room seating and a 2 car garage. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The half bath is located up several stairs as well. The bedrooms are equipped with 2 queen size beds and one set of twin beds. All beds have memory foam toppers. The condo includes cable and wifi service and has a washer and dryer.

The condo is family friendly and we welcome guests who desire a peaceful stay in a great location. The condo is not appropriate for groups who need party space for loud events.

CAL POLY GRADUATION 2017: The Villa Rosa condo is only being rented for minimum of 30 day stays due to a City of San Luis Obispo ordinance limiting short term stays of properties that are not owner-occupied.

We purchased this condo after living in SLO for many years. We use it often but want to also make it available to visitors who would like a home-like stay while exploring SLO.

We bought this condo because it was well-designed, low-maintenance and has a spacious, light interior.

What makes this condo unique

Perfectly situated between downtown and the Edna Valley wine area of San Luis Obispo. Walk downtown in 20-30 minutes. The mixed-use neighborhood offers some nice local businesses and the Tuesday Famers Market within steps.

Two time visitors!!

My boyfriend and I rented this condo twice during our stay for work in San Luis Obispo. The condo is large, clean, and has all we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Jackie and Ben, the property managers were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this condo for an excellent stay in San Luis Obispo!!!

Repeat Visitors

We are repeat renters and just concluded a month long stay. We also rented the condo for a month last year. We love the location near a public park with a 50 meter public pool, and close to grocery stores, restaurants, wineries, and downtown. The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. I was able to work remotely using wifi. Jackie and Ben, the property managers, are very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Jackie made it all very easy regarding communication. Having a two car garage attached to the condo was a real plus as well. I would highly recommend.

Spacious/Well Kept Condo

We recently enjoyed two separate stays at the condo. We immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of by Jackie, the property manager. It's always great to interact with nice people! The unit is well laid out, spacious and relatively new. Everything was in good shape and you can tell that a lot of thought has gone into all the little details. Some plusses: Comfortable beds, strong Internet, functional kitchen, 2 car garage. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding condo in SLO

Villa Rosa is a very nice modern comfortable condo. It is extremely well kept by the property managers. It has everything you need to stay like you are at home. I would highly recommend staying here.

San Luis Obispo has gained fame for being the 'Happiest City in North America,' as described in the book Thrive. The reasons for this may be our mild, sunny climate year-round, our world-famous farmer's markets (the Tuesday market is located just around the corner from the condo at the Grange Hall), the friendly folks who live here and the presence of stellar Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. SLO is a walkable town, and from this condo you can stroll to our vibrant downtown district in 20 minutes. San Luis Obispo is home to many festivals - a Mozart festival in summer and the Film Festival in March, to name just a couple. In 15 minutes you can put your toes in the Pacific at charming Avila Beach. Or you can drive north on spectacular Hwy 1 towards Hearst Castle and Big Sur. Wine taste at over 20 wineries in the Edna Valley (within 10 miles of condo).
