We love Myrtle Beach! It is the perfect family vacation spot! Come have some fun in the sun on our beautiful sandy beaches and abundant golf courses.

This Resort has a reputation for being one of the most fun-filled family resorts in Myrtle Beach. It provides a perfect setting for a relaxing good time. Lounge back after a full day on the golf course or sightseeing, or grab a tropical drink and head to the beach.

Bask in the warmth of the Myrtle Beach sun around the large oceanfront pool and lazy river while taking in the beauty of our beautiful beach. Enough to make any vacation a perfect one.

This resort is located directly on the beach in the north party of Myrtle Beach known as the 'Golden Mile.' Condo 708 is located on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the beach and ocean from the huge balcony which is accessed both from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Just open the sliding glass doors, sit on the balcony and relax to the comforting sounds of the beautiful sea. It will sleep up to 12 people with 2 double beds in each of the bedrooms. Condo has a brand new sectional sofa as of Spring 2017

This condo large kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans and any dinnerware you will need for those days when you just want to relax at the resort. Plus there is a washer/dryer located within the condo so you can keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use during your stay.

Come in from the beach for lunch at River City Cafe (a personal favorite of ours) for some of the best burgers on the beach, located in front of the resort. Also, right next door is a Starbucks Coffee and Martin's Restaurant which offers a wonderful breakfast buffet including an omelette station.

Big Family Vacation,No complaints

We rented this 3 bedroom ,2 bath condo from July 2 -9 ,we had 11 people .plenty of room ,great ocean side view with a big balcony off the living room area and you can get to it off the master bedroom. WE had a great time ,the air went down and someone was there in less than an hour.everyone enjoyed the stay no compaints.would definitely recommend to others.

Sometimes people have doubts about making reservations with good/bad reviews, but I have to say that this place was exactly how its shown in the pictures. At first when me and my guest walked down the hall we were very skeptical, but once we walked into the condo we were blown away. Unfortunately, when we arrived it was told that we couldn't park our motorcycles in the garage; which this wasn't informed to me when I called, nor was I told this. Me and my guest had to park our motorcycles by a meter; which was very expensive. It was true that it was garage parking and street parking; which I was able to park all cars in the garage. The only con(s) we had is that the comforters and towels/wash cloths be replaced because it looked used for a few years. Also the pots/pans were kind of old. These are the only things we would change. Overall if I vacation at Myrtle Beach again me and my guest already decided to stay at this condo again.

The property overall was exceptional

Everything we needed we had it was clean and had everything in it that we needed it was in a good area the only thing that I have to say that I wasn't happy with it was we we didn't get the opportunity to pay extra for the water park. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends or family

Owner's Response: Donna, Thank you for your review. We are so glad that you had a wonderful vacation. Our apologies about the waterpark. It is privately owned and the owner does not sell admission to it. But Sand Dunes has a lot to offer as far as amenities, ie oceanfront pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, kiddie umbrella waterfall, indoor pool and jacuzzis. Be prepared.....

First let me tell you that we have rented many properties through Home Away and VRBO, etc. I try to read the reviews prior to renting. Thus, I am going to be very candid regarding our stay as this is what I am hoping for when I read the reviews. Here goes.... 1) Not much parking - and we were there in "off" season; 2) The condo sits in a very confusing area and difficult in locating which tower we needed to be in - absolutely no signage - only a registration clerk in the other tower who did a lot of pointing; 3) The key which is accessed by code took 30 minutes to finally get to work; 4) The condo needs some major updating and A LOT of cleaning!! Stains on carpeting, light in kitchen only half lit as bulbs were burned out, microwave handle broken, mold in basket of coffee maker, and overall furnishings worn out! I can look past general "wear and tear" in most circumstances. However, cleanliness is a must!! The mold in the coffee basket was just the tip of the iceberg. There was such a coating of dust/mold/grease on each ceiling fan that when we turned them on, it went everywhere, including onto our bed sheets which we then had to deal with before sleeping. Thank heavens we did not have to rely on the sofa sleeper as I would have hated to see what might be hiding under the cushions! We called the office number to register our findings. When we had not heard back after 3-4 attempts over two days, we called the emergency number. Finally, Rose answered. Her first response was that she was alone for the entire week and so basically, she would spray the lock with WD 40 so that our key would work more efficiently, but the other issues we would simply have to deal with. She asked us to put the requests in an email to her and she would see if she could work on them. Well, we have been home for 3 days and never heard again from Rose, not even an answer to our email. On a positive note, the beach area was nice. The location was close to many activities, restaurants, etc.

Owner's Response: Amy, I am so sorry that you had issues during your stay. I was out of the country during your visit and was not made aware of your concerns. I just now searched the emails and see where you emailed Rose with a list of your complaints, but the email was dated several days after you had arrived. We do ask that renters call us immediately upon checkin with any issues they have with the property, especially cleaning. And not 4 days after they have arrived. That way the problem can be resolved immediately and if the problems can not be taken care of, then we can find another property to move you to. You cannot wait until you have stayed at the property several days and then let us know that you have issues with the way the condo looks. It is just not possible to rectify the problem by then. I do know that if Rose had known you needed light bulbs, she would have definitely brought them to you when she came down to fix the lock for you or had sent them with housekeeping. The salt air here is very hard on deadbolts and doorlocks. But graphite usually fixes the problem. It is very hard for me to understand the issue with not enough parking, especially in the winter when the beach is pretty well deserted. The resort has a large, multi-level parking garage, plus open parking around the resort and also across the street. I could understand a little easier if it were 4th of July week here, but not winter. Again, I apologize for not knowing about your issues. We have not had any complaints about this property, at all. You can see all of the previous comments. And I see that a renter who stayed after you, wrote a great review. So am a little confused by all of this. very nice property But. ....

Upon arrival we found it very difficult to park after anout 30 minutes of hoping to luck up on a spot we ended up pay parking on the street which is not a short stroll to the condo. Over the next few days we realized parking is a huge problem by listening to other tenants and we debated on leaving because of the Hassel of trying to park when we returned. Then on our first morning there was a fire alarm and everyone had to clear the building by elevator. Did I mention I had my 70 year old mother with me.....and after 7 flights of steps with my disabled mother we were informed some children had pranked pulled the alarm. But at least it wasn't a real fire...the room was nicely equipped except for the "small print" that all they provide is one roll of toliet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and one trash bag "to give you time to purchase your own" that was a first for me. Also the condo was very hot I don't know if there was problems with the air but we literally had to go on the balcony to cool off. The elevators were horrible during the weeks stay at least 2 of the elevators were broken. Location

wasnt close to any of the beach activities like jet ski rentals parasailing etc. I probably won't visit this condition again .......

The resort does have a large, multi-level parking garage onsite, plus open parking around the resort and across the street. There is also a parking garage next door at Ocean Dunes that can be used. As far as the fire alarm, although it is something very stressful to have to deal with on vacation, that is something completely out of the homeowners control. It is something that could happen anywhere at any time. We are all just thankful that it was a false alarm. Our office is not onsite to be able to offer daily maid service to be able to replenish supplies like toilet paper and trash bags. But that is why are rates are so much lower than if you were to rent onsite. We do offer a starter supply as a convenience to our renters, which most offsite rental companies do not. This was our second trip here. Condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Great place for kids.... Water park, batting cages, game room, lazy river, kids activities, sand volleyball, and right on the beach.
