Welcome to Kana'i A Nalu a quiet resort that sits on the ocean away from the road. This property has the BEST ocean front views of Molokini Crater and Kaho'olawe Island. There is a swimming pool and BBQs next to the ocean. This two bedroom two full bath condo is 952 sq ft with full ocean view. This lovely ocean front property is located on the beach and on the first floor. Convenient beach access from your lanai. Enjoy sunsets year round. During winter humpback whales can be seen in abundance. This unit includes window A/C in the living room and 3 ceiling fans, and FREE secure Wi-Fi access for your laptop and other devices. This corner unit is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, stove/oven; linens and towels supplied; washer/dryer inside the unit; a telephone for calls to USA mainland, Canada and Mexico, cable TV, CD/stereo. The master bedroom has a King size bed for your sleeping comfort with Japanese style shoji doors to close for privacy. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a King. The living room has a Queen sofa bed. This home sleeps 4 adults maximum and 2 children a total of 6 guests.

This complex sits directly on a 3-mile stretch of white sand beach that spans almost the entire Ma'alaea Bay. This setting is wonderful for romantic sunset strolls. For the more active person this is a great beach to run on for miles in peace away from the crowds. The west end of the beach is Haycraft Park and Ma'alaea Harbor. If there is a big south swell, the wave off the harbor, "Freight Trains," can be one of the best in the world attracting expert surfers. Towards the east of Ma'alaea is a great spot for windsurfing. This property is located less than a mile walking distance to Ma'alaea Harbor and it is centrally located on the island between South and North Maui.

A short walk down the quiet, tree-lined road will lead you to Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and shops, including the Five Star rated waterfront. Just steps away is the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, a putt-putt golf course, rock climbing wall, trampoline and bumper boats. Fun for the entire family!

Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home, this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

Kathy used to live on the island of Oahu with her US Navy family when she was a young girl. Her family later moved to Southern California. She knew that one day she would return to Hawaii, the place she fell in love with long ago. Taking a leap of faith she purchased her Maui condo June 2002 this was the beginning of fulfilling her prophecy of once again returning to Hawaii soil.

Kathy is an artist who is inspired by the beauty of the islands. She captures the beauty she experiences with oil paint on canvas. 'Painting the beauty of the Hawaiian Islands is another way for me to feel close to this special place I call home. I live in Maui part of the year and painting the Hawaiian landscape and people helps me stay connected when I'm not there physically.'

This e-mail is long overdue - I wanted to thank you for the use of your lovely condo - we had a fantastic time!! My 7 yr-old son loved waking up early in the morning, sitting outside the lanai and watching the whales play in the water. We also saw some giant sea turtles feeding off the rocks on the beach (thanks to your neighbours)! We have made many incredible memories from our trip to Maui.

It was a very comfortable stay and we had everything that we needed. The location was perfect too - very convenient from the airport, pineapple farm, Lahaina and Kihei. My husband Denny brought his collapsable racing bike and rode up and down the west coast of the island. There is so much to see - we hope to be back again one day to see more of the beautiful sights of Maui!

Spring is finally here in Guelph - we were lucky to have escaped a couple of good snow and ice storms during our trip!

Less than a mile from Ma'alaea Harbor great shops, restaurants and bars with live music. Maui Ocean center and Maui Golf and Sports Park located here play 18 hole miniature golf, bumper boats, Xtreme trampoline, and rock climbing wall. Sunset dinner cruises, snorkel, diving, fishing and whale watching boat rides leave from this harbor.

Love this location - some much we’ve stayed here twice!

If you don’t love the sound of the ocean, being feet away from waters edge, seeing Whales, and sea turtles from the lanai, and being in a quiet serene neighborhood then this is not the place for you. ;-) Seriously though, we have stayed in this condo twice now and this condo was perfect on the ground floor.

Your Own Little Paradise

Great location on the water with your own little quiet corner to enjoy the scenery!

Well supplied unit with lots of extras. BBQ and pool easy to get to, but not too close so little noise from others.

Everything worked ok, but unit is showing it's age with minor things needing fixing.

(Drain on AC is plugged so unit spits water out in front of the sliding glass door, towel rack in master bath kept falling off wall.)

Overall we had a great stay in the condo.

Very comfortable; great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the location is very convenient to go all directions for site seeing. I would definitely return.

Great Condo! with A great view!

Beautiful condo, with a a truly spectacular view from the lenai. As someone who is in a wheelchair it was a added plus to find out when we arrived that the master bedroom and bathroom was able to easily accommodate my chair. I was nervous to go to a beach vacation in my chair, but being able to wheel out and watch the turtles in the water right out in front of the condo was fantastic!

The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 was the lack of easy beach access.

My Dad always transferred to a lawn chair and we then were able to "launch" him into the water for his daily swim. I hope you can give that a try next time. All our best!

My new husband and I spent a week at this wonderful condo for our honeymoon in October. Prior to arriving, we were provided with a thorough description of the property, including perfect driving directions, rules and privileges of the grounds, contact info for the property manager and on site access codes for the locks and pool. The staff made travel to the condo effortless to arrive at any time of day or night with the easy access of a lock box. We were pleased to walk in to the view of the ocean right out the back slider.... with waves crashing at the sand just feet from the back landing. The condo was clean and furnished including a master bedroom king size bed more comfortable than a resort hotel. Our costco card came in handy with easy access to stock the kitchen with our own groceries to cook with. This condo has modern appliances, a large washer and dryer, cooled air and a picturesque view of the sand and shore with patio furniture to enjoy breakfast or coffee and watch the sun rise and set. Parking right out front was always available and the swimming pool was clean and warm. We got to know our neighbors, out at the barbecues right out the slider as well.... completely friendly vacationers all around, sharing info of the days snorkeling finds and island activities. My husband and I snorkeled with sea turtles right out the back door / rock break.... and along the reef just to the left. - There is a shower available to wash the sand off right out of the ocean up the front steps.... And... at the end of the day swimming, the condo offers a portable shower head as well as a bath tub for a quick change from swimwear to evening. It is a great location - with an ocean aquarium and small grocery store at the end of the block and the action of Lahaina just a half hour up the road.... 15 minutes from several great surfing locations and a close drive from the Kahului airport.

Without a doubt we would stay here again any time of year and for any length of time. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff members cleaning the unit next to us for the next planning our trip, making last minute travel arrangements, and enjoying the condo, we experienced warm hospitality, a clean and fully furnished place to enjoy - the easy access of the ocean at our door and everything we could possibly need to make it a home away from home for a week we were so sad to have to leave. We highly recommend this property !

We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.
