Betty G purchased this house in 2009
My home is located in the most convenient and trendy area of the city. If my calender is reserved for your desired dates please visit my other property #202737
You do not need a car to enjoy your stay. People are friendly, neighbors communicate and watch out for each other. Lots of beautiful dogs and places you can sit and take your dog. Healthy environment.
The house was spacious with all amenities.
Unfortunately there are 2 full/double beds NOT queeen sized as advertised. This was a disappointment for the 4 of us as we always choose a home with queen size beds.
My friend & i came to explore different areas for potential retirement living. This house close to main roads, neighbors friendly,we walked to Central to eat a couple of times, we did have trouble figuring out how to run the TV, finally got it though. We really have nothing bad to say. I could live her, it's great!
I was in Albuquerque working on a movie set from August to December. Finding something furnished with a month to month lease was hard until I stumbled upon this gem. Located in prime nob hill it was so convienent to walk down to the trendy restaurants and meet friends for drinks. The house itself is really cozy and quaint with all the amnetities. The owner was so accommodating and even left me a little welcome basket with local cookies (called biscochitos) and a bottle of wine.Definitely would stay here again!
My friend and I stayed in this adorable house for a week. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and large. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom, one with a clawfoot tub and one with a shower. The beds are very comfortable. There is an office, a fireplace, large TV, a kitchen with Jenn-Air appliances, an eating area where you can enjoy the morning sunrise, and an attractive backyard that offers privacy. You feel at home the moment you walk into this craftsmen style house. The location is great as it is close to the vibrant Nob Hill area. There is shopping, coffee shops, restaurants (fine dining and casual), a grocery store, beauty salon, and much more all within a few blocks. The owner of the property, Betty, was extremely helpful and shared information on activities within this community.
I am a business woman who travels to Albuquerque often and will definitely stay here the next time I am in town. Be assured, if you stay here, you will not be disappointed.
This home is located in the heart of the trendy area of this city. Out the door is bike trails. bus lines, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is child and animal friendly.
