2Br/2Bath Condo on 1st Floor with easy access. As of 2017 this unit has only been rented out for three summer seasons and to one other tenant on a long term basis. The condo was purchased new in May 2012 and has had only one owner. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. An additional queen air mattress is available in the unit as is a small futon. All towels and linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

My brother and I purchased this property in 2012 as an investment right after purchasing our individual units in this same complex. I live next door and my brother is upstairs. We really enjoy the quiet existence of our condos.

Why Fred Hernandez chose Gulf Coast

This property is adjacent to Schlitterbahn Resort and within one mile of at least five bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Isla Blanca Park where you can go fishing from the jetties and surf or wade fishing in the bay. Being south of the causeway makes this property a little quieter than than the more commercialized areas of SPI to the north.

Good complex furnishing in unit very worn.

Great family Vacation

Easy, cheap, and good location

Fred the owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. Our arrival was easy since he had a key pad on the door. On arrival the unit had a funky smell to it, but we just sprayed febreeze, opened the windows, and turned on the fan. First impression the interior looks very modern and updated with the furnishings, but take a closer look and you will notice the showers seem dated and the base boards were dirty. I noticed a good bit of water damage on the ceiling and walls. I guess you get what you pay for. The linens were fine but I'd bring my own pillows because theira are flat. It would've been nice if the 2 beds in the second bedroom were fulls instead of singles. The futon in the living room you could feel the springs through when you would sit on it, but the other 2 couches were very comfy. The location was good for us since we were there for ume at schliterbaun. 5 minute walk to Beach. A lot of security with a gate and 2 patrolling officers although they didn't speak much English. The neighbors were very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub although other people who were staying there said it had just been fixed that day after 8 days of being broken. Overall a good satisfied with the stay because I think it was fairly priced.

Great stay... Beautiful great hospitality. Memorial weekend get away with friends

Very nice and clean condo. I thought it was a good looking condo just from the pictures alone, but once we arrived we were blown away. The pictures do it no justice at all. It's in the perfect location, close enough to be around everything that's happening yet far enough to relax outside and enjoy a night gazing at the stars. Our contact/owner Fred was more than helpful with any and all questions we had during the stay. Would book this condo again in a heartbeat if available when I go back to padre this summer. Terrific place, Thanks for everything Fred.

Beautiful Condo...loved it!

The condo was beautiful. Loved the open kitchen, stainless steel appliances and high ceilings. The pictures don't do it justice. We had 2 adults and two teens and there was plenty of seating in the living room. The location to the pool was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and there was no one rushing you out after closing. As long as you are quiet, you can enjoy as late as you want. Loved the location close to the bridge, convenient to Port Isabel activities. The owner was easy to work with and responsive if we had any questions. Enjoyed the board games, boogie boards and it is even stocked with books to read by the pool. Will definately be back!
