Our unique 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps six with a queen bed in the master, and 2 queen beds in the rear bedroom. With newly updated baths and stacked washer and dryer this condo offers a relaxed environment in a quiet family friendly complex.
The kitchen is fully equipped with unique old bar and dining room lighting. Ground floor unit just steps away from the pool and courtyard with grill.
Parking lot directly behind the unit offers easy access through rear entry.
Breaker panel and wall outlets replaced in 2012.
TV's in living room and both bedrooms/Cable/WiFi.

About the owner: We are a 50 something couple who are restaurant owners in North Texas. Enjoying the Texas coast as much as we do, we spend as much time at our condo as we possibly can. We have made many improvements and will continue to invest in the property with the goal of one day retiring at the beach !
Why the Owner Chose Port Aransas, TX, USA:
Our family have vacationed on the Texas coast for many years. The small town feel of Port Aransas is just one of the many reasons we made the decision to invest in this property. Excellent restaurants, natural beauty, and a short walk over the dunes via a private boardwalk to the beach are also why we spend as much time here as we can.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Having been built in the late 70's El Cortez Villas has the 'old school' feel of the beach properties I grew up staying at growing up. If you are looking for a huge multistory complex with loud late night partying neighbors you should look elsewhere. Many owners actually live at their property and enjoy the laid back nature of the complex. Being a downstairs unit, you won't have to negotiate a flight of stairs with your bags upon arrival and departure. In fact, the back bedroom has a sliding glass door to the back patio and a just a few steps to your own parking spot. The front patio looks onto a nice common area, grill and swimming pool which is about 20ft or so from the front door. We have designed the interior with a 'not too beachy' thought in mind.
