There are two master suites, both with king beds and a 3rd bedroom with two queen beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's for your enjoyment.

The living room boasts a 60 inch flat screen TV and dvd player. The couch pulls out a queen sleeper to accommodate extra sleeping arrangements with blackout draperies providing as much darkness as needed.

The dining room table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cookware and appliances needed to prepare meals while at the beach.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a wet bar with ice maker!

Our 2nd year to stay at this condo. Loved it. Owner answers emails very quick b4 travel with instructions for check in and out. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen- lots room- updated decorations- very comfy beds - parking access on the same floor We love the huge indoor pool- the beach with rental chairs available - tons places to eat close plus groceries and kids like the go carts and putt putt down the road . Tanger outlet mall few miles away - our family just had a wonderful time and staying in the condo was perfect Would not change a thing . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay at Phoenix West II but not in this unit.

Poorly equipped kitchen. Had to call for light bulbs several times. All overhead lighting had only one bulb. Saving energy??? Mattresses in both masters need replacing. Could not believe the condition of towels and bath cloths. Stained, worn thin and torn. Jackie brought us new ones. Rug in den is made of a material like plastic. Horrible! Never been in a condo this size with such a small refrigerator.

Table and chairs on balcony need replacing.

We have stayed at this location several times. We love lazy river. Find another condo if you stay here. Connie Olson Cartersville

Owner's Response: I started not to reply to this review......but, there are a few things I would like to point out...... Customer satisfaction and cleanliness is what we pride ourselves on.....Please read the 45+ other reviews....stating just that..... There are some people out there that no matter what you do or provide .......it is just not enough.....I should have known better.....I was one of the owners that this guest has stayed with before in another unit....same building ...... with the same basic results......nothing but complaints........I am not sure why.......Perhaps.....Compensation? As far as the refrigerator goes.....90% of the 350 units in this building have the same side by side. We have multiple return guests every year.....that appreciate our well equipped and beautifully decorated units.......and if there is anything you don't find.....that you need for your stay....it is only a phone call away to being delivered to your unit. We appreciate our guests and do our best to make their vacations everything they had hoped for........

Very nice. Well worth it.

Well maintained; decor was fabulous. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils. Refrigerator too small though.

Owner was great; always available when needed. 9th floor was perfect. Parked right out front of unit, unit was also just off elevator. Elevators were at times very slow though, depending on time of day.

Would stay here again. Would also recommend property to others.

The condo was very nice and clean. It had a great view, prefect location!

Very impressed with the condo! We had a great time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will be returning.

The only down fall was cellphone service. The cellphone service at this location was not great. Thankfully we had wifi in the condo which allowed us to be able to use iMessages.
