From the picturesque churches, whaling museum, Parish Art Museum, Southampton’s Main Street and Jobs lane offer upscale fashion/designer boutiques, Hildreth’s (America’s oldest department store) Jewelry shops, art galleries, interior design shops, cafes, restaurants and park. Its beautiful ocean beaches, bay beaches, fresh-water ponds all have public access (some charge daily parking fees).

I purchased this house because it is very well done and in a perfect village location. When I compared it to other houses in the village, I found the bedrooms were larger and the bathrooms were ensuite. It's only a short bike ride or walk to main street and the beaches. It has the perfect layout for a young family or elderly parents. As a bonus it comes with community tennis courts within walking distance. The neighbors are lovely with a real sense of community. I wouldn't trade it for anything else.
The house has beautiful woodwork and detail. It is airy and the sunlight flows into all rooms. It's located on only a 1/4 acre but has a pie shaped lot with all the room in the back of the house. You can easily watch the children play outside as you are cooking in the kitchen. Its located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood so older children can ride bicycles out front without too much concern.
This was a great house, clean and well maintained perfect for the 7 senior attendee's. Each had their own BR and Bath. The kitchen, family room and dining were great for socializing during our frequent Happy Hours and meals. Outdoor pool and patio were great. Location was excellent, being 5 minutes to downtown and 10 to the beach. The owner was very responsive and replaced the TV immediately when it broke. If coming to this area again we would definitely stay here. All enjoyed the accommodations.
Great home for 2 families that consisted of kids under the age of 4. House was full of children amenities and children safety features. House was in a great location, just a quick drive to Main Street. I will definitely book this house again. Thank you.
I absolutely loved the house. I went with my fiance and my parents, sister and her husband. There was enough room for everybody. The pool was great! The house was clean. Everything was close by.
Our family stayed at this wonderful, cozy house for Memorial Day weekend. The house was kid friendly and had all the amenities and essentials for entertaining and enjoying a peaceful getaway. Another bonus is the proximity to town/beach and other sites for day trips. Lastly, the owner was 100% responsive to every question we had which made our stay more enjoyable and worry free. What a great place for a mini-vacation!
This property was perfect for our family of 4 - with everything kid ready and tons of games and toys to entertain. The location on a quiet cul-de-sac was also ideal and proximity to town and activities worked out wonderfully. The home was clean and well-maintained with beautiful lawns and a nice pool. Would highly recommend this property to both families and other groups as a great getaway!
My husband and I just returned from spending our anniversary weekend at this home.
The house is beautifully decorated inside and out and is located in a beautiful neighborhood. On one of our nights at the house we invited three other couples over for dinner and an overnight. Everyone was pleased, comfortable and thrilled that there was a private bathroom for every couple.
It is only a 5 min. Drive into town and 10 min. to the beach. It is definitely a place my husband and I would rent again!

This house is located on 1/3 of an acre in the Village of Southampton. Group rentals are not permitted (more than 5 unrelated parties). This is a single family residence in a very quiet cup de sac - a neighborhood setting with full time residences on both sides of the house.
