Seaside Breeze consists of two attached homes set back in a very private setting in a quiet residential neighborhood that were just built in Spring 2014. And yes, a brand new home means we fully furnished and decorated both homes with brand new mattresses, bedding, sheets, towels, couches, patio set, washer/dryer, beach chairs, Smart TV, kitchen table, grill – everything! Very rare to find in a rental home in the area!
Seaside Breeze is located less than a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Scarborough Beach, the state's most popular and well-known beach! No need to stress about beach traffic or parking costs while you are staying here!
Each side of the home has a 6 person maximum, making it the perfect home for your family. Traveling with a larger family or friends? Rent both sides with a 12 person maximum, creating the ultimate vacation retreat! Both of the homes are identical to each other but in a reverse layout with different furniture/decor. Please note that each home has its own private yard, patio, grill, & outdoor shower on the sides of the home which are completely private and separated by a fence. As you can see from our reviews, you will never even know there is another family staying next to you - the layout is perfect!

My two daughters and I are originally from Connecticut and just purchased this home in Spring 2014 and have loved sharing it with you so far. We rented ourselves for years in the past and are excited to offer the opportunity to families to rent a newer home with modern/updated features just like they would want to have in their own beach house! Imagine waking up to the sound of birds chirping and taking a 3 minute walk to Dunkin Donuts and the Island Deli. Grab your iced coffee and sandwiches for the beach then walk to beautiful Scarborough. You'll spend your day reading in the sun and riding the waves. Continue your relaxation with a peaceful outdoor shower while your burgers sizzle on the grill. Top the night off with a bottle of beach house wine or head to a local restaurant to check out the night life. Now doesn't that make you ready for summer?!
This is a brand new property just finished being built in 2014. Rarely are you ever able to rent a vacation home that allows you to enjoy new construction! Vacation at ease knowing that everything about the home including all new mattresses, bedding, and decor is brand new.
Our family had a wonderful vacation week at #74 Seaside! The kitchen and baths were very nice. All three beautiful bedrooms had comfortable mattresses which was important to all six of my family members. The master bedroom is very large with a walk-in closet. The open floor plan made the home feel roomy! We loved the outdoor shower (it was a big hit with my two year old grandson). With this home being only a few years old, everything is new and modern throughout. The double car garage was great for storing our bicycles and beach equipment. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area and private yard. We met the renters of #76 when we arrived but we never heard or saw them because of the great layout of the house and yard. The location is perfect for walking to Scarborough Beach and a short drive to other area beaches and restaurants. There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and a beach buggy provided. It was nice to meet the owner Sue when we were packing up. She has a beautiful rental home that she should be proud of!
We've been renting for several years in Narragansett, but haven't stayed somewhere quite so beautiful before! This house is immaculate and practically brand new with so many luxury touches you just don't find in a beach rental. We loved the open layout and the newness of everything. The kitchen was beautiful and the patio/outdoor shower very convenient. Plenty of beach towels, and cute hooded ones for young kids! The beach buggy proved to be very handy. Our daily walks to the beach were just the perfect length to get a little exercise in before sitting in the sand all day. (we lucked out with almost perfect weather all week) We also took the very short walk to Dunkin, Cumberland, the deli and liquor store plaza a few times - less than 5 minutes away. We never heard a peep from the other side of the house, although we knew there had to be people there as we saw their cars. Very quiet and private. Look forward to renting again in the future!
The beach house was fabulous. It was in great condition and clean. The house was only a few years old and had all the modern day conveniences. I especially loved the huge walk-in closet in the master suite. The owners provided everything that you would need for a great beach day (beach buggy, towels, kids toys, cooler). This really helped our packing. We didn't have to bring everything.
We had a wonderful stay at 74 Greenbrier Road last week. The house was immaculate, sunny and beautiful and everything we needed was there. I personally loved the master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet. The house has 2 other bedrooms and another full bath which made it very convenient for everyone. We loved the private outdoor space and shower as well. This is a duplex but you would never know there was anyone else sharing the the same house. The layout is well thought out.
We have been staying in this area for years and this is the best house we have found. Susan is easy to reach when needed and wonderful to deal with. We look forward to coming back again. It was hard to leave!
My family and I stayed at #76 Greenbrier over the Fourth of July holiday week and had an amazing time! The home was clean, bright, beautiful, and BEACHY....everything we could have asked for in a vacation rental. The common space is open and roomy, the kitchen is well appointed, and the bedrooms accommodate 6 people comfortably. The location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. It is located in a beach neighborhood, but sits on its own private drive and lot. Perfect for when you want to leave the crowded beach behind! Susan was fantastic to deal with, very responsive and helpful! I would definitely make a return visit...bring more people, and rent out both sides!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot, Susan! You made us feel right at home!
We had a wonderful stay at Susan's home. The house is clean, new, and a ten minute walk to the beach. She provided a beach buggy with umbrella, towels, and everything we could want for our beach days. The outdoor shower was an amazing touch- really made it feel like we were on vacation. I would definitely stay there again!

All rental rates are for Saturday - Saturday. The standard summer rent is $2,200 per each week + rental tax and fees. There is a holiday rate for the week of July 1st - July 8th for $2,350/week + rental tax and fees. There is a discount for renting both #74 and #76 the same week, please inquire for more details.
