This urban studio is situated in the center of Downtown Wilmington at the corner of Market and 2nd Street and is just steps from all shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. Located in the historic 1908 building known by locals as 'Diamond Feed Store,' this courtyard view condo has recently been completely remodeled. The unit features a Queen memory foam Murphy bed, sleek kitchen and a very spacious bathroom. Well appointed and impeccably clean, this is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the town.
We reside primarily in Durham, NC and spend a great deal of time enjoying all the Wilmington area offers.
Cute little studio condo close to everything! Walk to the Riverwalk and all the downtown restaurants and shops. Lots of nightlife as well. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We didn't spend much time in the condo because there is so much to do downtown! We had a couple minor issues, emailed the owner and it was taken care of immediately. Great responsive owners. Definitely recommend this little gem.
Stayed 2 nights in this condo right in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Hardly needed a car because it's near everything of interest in downtown. We found the unit to be very clean and well kept. We had a great time exploring all the restaurants and antique shops and beautiful homes Wilmington has to offer. We highly recommend this condo.
Stayed 2 nights with my husband in this conveniently located property. Easy to find, with parking right across the street -- a great location for seeing downtown Wilmington and all it has to offer. Shopping, dining in the historic area and on the waterfront were within a few blocks, along with a small market and outstanding pizza (a necessity!!). The condo itself is very nicely appointed, felt safe and secure, and the Murphy bed was really comfortable. Great communication with the owner and the rental process was efficient and easy -- I would recommend this rental to anyone!
My wife and I stayed here for two nights and were very pleased. The property is extremely convenient to the central part of town and that was great for us. The bathroom, kitchen and living area were nice and suited our needs well. The owner was also very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.
The owner was very quick to respond to my inquiry. Rental process was extremely easy. The condo was located right in the downtown area! Everything we needed was in walking distance. We were able to park the car Friday and leave it there until we left on Sunday. Condo had everything we needed for the weekend and more!!! Just enough space for two. We will definitely rent again and I recommend it!!!
This is a really nice condo in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the wedding we were attending and everywhere else in the downtown area. Downtown Wilmington had lots for us to do for a fun weekend getaway and the fact that we didn't need to drive our car anywhere was a huge bonus. We had a great breakfast at Dixie Grille (recommended by the owner) less than a block from the condo. We also highly recommend Circa 1922 (also suggested by owner) for dinner which is about a block and a half away. The Riverwalk made for a nice evening stroll. The condo building has a nice little courtyard and feels safe because it has a coded entrance. The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed and then some. The owner was very quick to respond to my initial email and was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Our security deposit was refunded to us very promptly after our check out. We feel like we got an amazing deal considering the prices of other hotels and rentals in the area and the location of this condo. We want to stay here again when we return to Wilmington.
