You'll fall in love with the quaint town of Pacific Grove where we just built our beautiful beach bungalow located in an upscale quiet neighborhood. Our beach bungalow is steps away from the recreation trail that leads to Lovers Point beach and nearby restaurants. Take the trail a little further and you arrive at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. The famous 17-mile Drive starts at the next street corner and leads to Asilomar, Pebble Beach, Carmel, Carmel by the Sea, and Carmel Valley.

Your private entrance to the bungalow is located on the right side of the main property. You can park your car at the steps on the right side of the driveway.

The private beach bungalow offers you a brand new beautiful built modern kitchen. The kitchen is illuminated by a remote operated skylight allowing you to adjust your room lighting. Should you be interested in visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium we have two guest passes for you to use during your stay.

We purchased this property 4 years ago and we transformed this vintage beach house into a modern wonder while keeping its original charm. We just completed this re-model in 2014 and it's ready for enjoyment by all.

Owner is not honest!! Be warned

When we first got to the property it was beautiful and very clean is everything we hoped for and more. We noticed right away the door to the laundry room was locked and there was no key to be found anywhere in the room. We also noticed that there was extra sheets and extra towels for use if you needed them. Here's where everything goes wrong my wife and I brought our kids to see the Monterey Bay Aquarium the day we left we spent over an hour cleaning and mopping and scrubbing to make the place look beautiful again. We did not have access to the washer and dryer because again it was locked so we folded the dirty towels and blankets very neatly and left them by the laundry room door. The owner of the house is charging us extra because of our Dirty Laundry we could not wash because his accommodations were not available. My daughter accidentally dropped a water-soluble kids marker on the couch which had a cover on it. all you have to do is take the cover off and throw it in the wash machine but not even that simple water will wash the marker out. The owner is telling me his maid spent two hours cleaning that which is grossly exaggerated. He is wrongfully taking money from my deposit after I left the place very clean. Nowhere does it say you will be charged more if you use more than one towel be warned he is not to be trusted. I have attempted to contact him so we can talk about this with no return phone call or email. I hope this review helps you make the decision.

I would gladly change my review if he was willing to talk to me however I feel he feeds off of people's deposits.

Owner's Response: The guest allowed their child to wight all over the white couch with an ink pen and when I told him he would need to pay extra for the cleaning he threatened to wright a bad review if I didn’t give him a full refund. The laundry room does not have a lock on it and he was only charged for the damage that he admitted to. The couch cover only fits in a commercial size machine so it costs more to clean. In five years he is the first person by getting full refund of security deposit.

Great home base

This adorable unit was a great home base for us to explore the Monterey Bay area. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit but it was very clean, bright and comfortable. The close proximity to the ocean, the 2 aquarium passes and the quick responses from the owner are a few of the reasons we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to our friends. Side note, we did not realize that there was not air conditioning however a fan was provided to keep us cool. Enjoyed our time here!
