Your vacation home is located in the heart of Jaco, walking distance to everything and is on the 3rd floor of the building. It is an upscale boutique property consisting of 25 condos and just one block from the beach.
It has a spacious and open floor plan with over 1500 square feet of living space and is the ultimate in relaxation and luxury.
Equipped with a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous white granite countertops and all the usual comforts of home such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, plates, glasses, etc.
It boasts a huge master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV and full bath including a large size tub and rain shower. There are two other well appointed bedrooms, both with queen beds and flat screen TVs.
Second bath has a chocolate coloured tiled walk in shower.
The unit is equipped with cable, telephone and high speed internet access.
There are 4 balconies -- one in the living room and three others off each of the bedrooms.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.... although laundry may just have to wait until you return home from your trip to paradise! :)
The complex has two pools (one with a jacuzzi), outdoor kitchen/BBQ area, stunning and beautifully maintained grounds, 24 hour gated security, parking and 2 elevators on site.
The complex itself is perfectly situated across the street from a good sized grocery store if you want to pick up any grocery items for the condo.
The friendly on site property managers are happy to assist you with getting settled in, helping you with booking tours, making reservations at restaurants or anything else you would like to enjoy during the course of your stay.
We have nothing but rave reviews about the office staff and how helpful they are... the ladies are true gems! (Ingrid, Vinyl and Edele), along with maintenance staff, grounds keepers and security personnel. All are truly wonderful, kind and there to make your stay an enjoyable one.
Maid service is provided every second day (by the sweetest ladies ever)!
Again, we can't say enough about the people that run the property on a day to day basis. You'll see it for yourself when you stay at The Monaco.
Jaco has something to offer everyone of all ages including over 75 restaurants, nightclubs, shops, doctors, dentists, banks, supermarkets, yoga, hair and nail salons, massage treatments, zip lines tours, surfing lessons, fishing excursions, the list is endless!
There are numerous activities to enjoy in the area and you can be rest assured that you won't be disappointed.
For your convenience we can arrange pick up at the airport from a trusted and reputable English speaking cab driver/tour guide operator whom we have personally known for 10 + years. He is a true gem and any friend of ours is treated as a friend of his. :)

About: We currently reside in Calgary, Alberta and our motto is simple ......'we work to vacation'. After travelling to numerous hotspots throughout the years, we found that Costa Rica was always calling us back. We can honestly say that we've never been so drawn to a place that felt like home to us and with equal importance, made us feel safe. Costa Rican people are some of the nicest people you could ever meet and to put it simply, they do things out of the kindness of their heart and not for any other reason or secret agenda. It truly amazes me time and time again how kind the people are. In January of 2014 we visited Costa Rica after a 4 year hiatus (hectic work schedules, etc). This time around we told our cab driver friend Phillips that we were coming for one month to make up for not visiting for the past several years. Needless to say, we fell in love with Costa Rica all over again and ended up purchasing our very own condo in the same complex that we were renting from. It is with sincere thanks to Jesse and Vanessa (owners of condo #8) that we made our dream a reality. They, like us, love Costa Rica and speak of how nice the people are, how safe they feel and how it feels like home to them.
Why Jaco, Costa Rica:
We looked at numerous properties all along the Pacific Coast and kept coming back to the town of Jaco. In terms of location, finishings within the unit and overall appearance, our complex is perfect. Nightlife, restaurants, grocery stores, beach, etc are literally steps outside the gate! The fact that it has 24 hour gated security and that the staff looking after the premises are all so kind and genuine, it was an easy decision on our part.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Aside from how beautiful it is (from the grounds to the individual condo units), the location is perfect. You are only steps away from the main street of Jaco which is filled with restaurants and shops and yet you feel the tranquility and complete relaxation when you're lounging by the pool. It's your vacation and you can choose whether or not you want it to be an adventurous one or if you want to simply get away and have some peace and quiet.
