Decorator designed remodel just completed!!! This lovely third-floor villa features colorful furnishings, a brand new kitchen, screened porch, rooftop deck, and ocean views. The community pool and ocean are steps away.

The open concept living room area offers a 42' LED Smart television, new queen sleeper sofa, and breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen has a cozy dining nook with seating for 4 and all new stainless steel appliances. A sliding door leads from the living room to a private screened porch for enjoying outdoor dining and entertaining. The porch has new bright and comfortable seating. There is also a Pottery Barn day bed in the foyer that would sleep an additional person.

The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, large dresser, seating area, and flat screen TV. Linens are included. An additional sliding glass door leads from the bedroom to the screened porch.

Spiral stairs lead up to a loft area that opens onto the widow walk deck with ocean views.

A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. There is also an elevator for easy access.

Port O'Call Villas is a gated community offering access to the community pool and grills.

Villa 303G is an awesome property!

303G is Beautifully​ furnished and decorated. The sundeck is very relaxing with a view of the ocean. The screened deck is equally nice. Really enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back soon. Thanks

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding, it was the perfect condo with plenty of space. We especially loved the decor. Only suggestion would be that the place could use a good deep clean, but other than that our stay was fabulous! Would certainly recommend and stay here again.

Cute place

The pros: The unit is decorated very cute: bright colors/nautical, with good use of space. We were able to comfortably sleep 5 (2 adults, 3 children) without a problem. The spiral stairs to the loft area is a fun touch and the kids had fun hanging out up there. The widows walk offers a nice view of the beach. Pocket doors separate the different areas downstairs so we didn't have any issues with privacy or sounds. Unit is on 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Bed is king sized and comfortable. Kitchen and Bathroom very clean. Small supply of toiletries and dishwasher/laundry detergent was helpful. Short walk to the beach.

Cons: it was HOT when we visited and the A/C had a lot of trouble keeping up so it never felt very cool in the condo and that was uncomfortable at times. I don't know how the kids could stand it up in the loft because it was boiling up there. For the most part it was too hot to enjoy the widows walk. Screened in porch was nice and offered view of ocean but again- too hot to sit out there most of the time. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit but the Dryer stopped working after 1 load. The power button got stuck and when we called we were told it had happened the week before. So- we weren't able to use it. (Repair tech was able to come out the afternoon before we left but it didn't really matter by that time so we declined the repair.) The button on the tv was stuck also (maybe the hot humid weather?) so the tv kept turning on by itself. I recommend bringing your own linens. Towels were fine but bed linens didn't look very clean. The pillow shams on the bed were pretty stained and even though the property can sleep 5 there aren't enough pillows or towels for 5 people. There is a blackout curtain on the sliding door in the bedroom but the blinds on the window didn't block the sun at all and it got very bright very early.

Overall a cute place and a nice location but would probably be more comfortable Oct-May when the weather is cooler. If you are bringing more than 2 people you will need extra towels and pillows.

This unit was ok.

This unit was ok! The pictures made it look way nicer than it was. From the pictures it looked much bigger and much cleaner. The unit as a whole needed serious cleaning, much more than the cleaning crew coming in for a couple of hours before another family checks in. The master bedroom bed spread had yellow stains.... ugh. The balcony porch had not been touched from the prior family.... sand, shells, toys, etc. The ceiling air vents were dripping condensation badly. Seen the biggest roach I have ever seen where the washer and dryer were housed. The outside of the complex was nice though and the pool area was very nice. I will not return to this unit unfortunately, maybe the complex as a whole, but not this particular unit.

The place was very nice! Our bedroom was excellent. The view was phenomenal and the trip to the beach couldn't be easier. The view from the roof top was breathtaking. The covered porch was calming. Our family also enjoyed the pool. We loved the fact that there were already beach toys for our grandchildren to access... a nice and convenient surprise! A few cons...Dishes were not found to be clean but we just ran them through the dishwasher. We would have preferred a few more kitchen and bath linens. But the in-house washer/dryer made it tolerable. Also we had about 48 hours of almost straight rain. It would have been nice to have a few board games to entertain. We did have a leak at the window with all the rain. It left a significant puddle on the bedroom floor, ruining a pair of my shoes. But management gladly and graciously deducted a portion of our bill to compensate. This place was clean(minus the dishes) and charming! And it was reasonably priced for the space. I would consider it again. Vacations don't go perfectly, but this one was a sweet memory in my mind.

The condo was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved going up the spiral staircase to the rooftop to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Lots of good places to eat. Great walking and bike paths. Would definitely rebook again.
