Furthermore, there are one divan-bed in the living room and one chair-bed in the single bedroom. The floor of the rooms is in parquet or terracotta tiles.

Location is great
The property was clean and centered to many things. We had to call for more towels and they were brought to us. It is very very very noisy
Spacious but noisy at night
The location was great, close to the Arno and central Florence. Lovely Tomaso met us at the door shortly after our taxi dropped us off.
The rooms are large and well separated, each with a bathroom, and the well-equipped kitchen is a good distance from the rooms, so there is a lot of privacy. Since the apartment is on the first floor (European), there is a fair amount of street noise from Via del Moro, both from traffic (horns, motorcycles) and from bottle disposal from the (excellent) restaurant next door. This bothered some of us more than others.
The apartment is not ideally maintained; the curtains are torn at the top from people trying to open/close the shutters; the cushions on the somewhat dilapidated sofa ooze you onto the floor. Because it is an old building, the wall plugs are of two different sizes of three-pronged outlets, so check them out before buying adapters. The two adapters in the flat didn't fit everything we wanted to plug into them. The wifi went out often and had to be reactivated; it barely supported FaceChat or an audio Skype call.
Perhaps the fact that the apartment is managed by an agency, not a private individual, is responsible for these things.
Thanks for your comment.
I'm the owner, not an agency, so I'll try to improve my guests experience using your suggestions.
During your stay there was a back-up line for internet (because of a provider problem): now internet is working well again.
This apartment is beautiful and the location was great. We had our grown son and his wife with us along with our daughter. The layout of the apartment was perfect for all of us to have a bit of privacy. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and they even had a small tree for us. Downside was LOTS of noise from the street below for both bedrooms. Though we did hear they would be replacing the windows in the building early in 2015 and that may make it tolerable. Also, the washer/dryer did in several items of clothing. Still we were pleased with our stay.
Very Good Spacious Apartment in Great Location
This is a very spacious apartment in a great location. You can easily walk to every sight in Florence. It is also very close to Ponte Vecchio and the Arno river allowing you to easily go to the other side of the river for the better and less crowded restaurants near Pitti Palace neighborhood. It is also only a short walk (800 meters) to the train station, but if you have large suitcases you should take a taxi. The 2 main bedrooms are very large with comfortable beds and each has its own bathroom. Hot water was fine and, like with most European bathrooms, you can not each expect to take a 20 minute hot shower one after the other. There is a dining room table and also a large living room with comfortable couches. It was more than enough space for us two couples and the apartment can hold up to 8 people. There is also a smaller third bedroom which we did not use. The apartment had good lighting and great wifi which worked throughout even will four people online at same time. The owner Tomaso replied promptly to all my emails and requests, including buying some new nicer wine glasses for our use. There is only one small concern noticed by one couple that did not bother the other. The apartment is on the 1st floor so you can sometimes hear the noise of the street and nearby restaurants if you go to bed early or sleep late, but if you turn on the fan/ac unit, then you will not notice the noise. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.
