About the property

Sofa or air mattress can sleep your 5th or 6th person. Six people max please.

I travel the world and rent private homes so I know what you expect. Digital code entry, tons of coffee (and Teas) with all kinds of sugars and creamer, air conditioning and heating that works whether you want to freeze-out or heat way up, TONS of cushy towels and linen, a fridge that has an actual icemaker, a VERY clean space, a desk with office supplies, an easy-to-use printer so you can print from your mobile device, HIGH SPEED Wi Fi, Two huge Flat screen TVs, Audio speakers that plug into your mobile device so you play YOUR music, a private outdoor area to chill, an indoor and outdoor gas cooking and an outdoor water fountain to help remove the stresses of the day.

I'm available 24/7/365 by text or voice call. I have a background in property management and hospitality. Your stay will be discreet with NO interaction by me unless you contact me. The last thing you want to see after a day of travel is a person with a list of rules. Just kick back and have FUN! That's why you started this journey.

Almost always I can accommodate your request for an Early check-in or Late check-out, but text me the minute you know as I have to coordinate with housekeepers who have the schedule way in advance.

I cannot allow requests if I have guests the same day as your in or out as housekeeping needs the full five hours to clean and re-set the home.

Travel to the house or to the airport in 37-minutes for $9 on the airport "A train". This house is ONE-BLOCK from the LIGHT RAIL AND BUS STATION! For tickets and departure information, call 303-299-6000 or

Special note: The Airport light-rail train, known as the "A Line" or "A Train" departs the airport every 15-minutes. It takes you to Union Station (that's downtown Denver). From Union Station you can take the bus or jump on the light-rail (it's included free on your $9 ticket) to get within one-block of the house. Call me for instructions. It's easy but just confusing enough not to write here. You can also take a Taxi, Uber or Lyft from Union Station to the house.

Cannabis okay. Courtyard has lounge seating, fire pit, water fountain, gas grill and a dining table that seats six.

Downtown and the Convention Center is a short 8-minute walk; or, a quick Uber or Lyft ride.

Queen size in the loft bedroom. Two Twin beds in the bedroom on the main level. The 5th or 6th person(s) can sleep on the Living room sofa or the homeowner provided air mattress.

Two flat-screen TVs, free high-speed Wi-fi. Bring your Netflix or Amazon code. NO cable TV offered.

Full kitchen has everything including filtered water from the refrigerator. Fridge has ice-maker, Microwave, Double-oven gas range, Dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Owner provides K-cups.

17-foot cathedral ceilings, exposed brick walls. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upholstered seating, ceramic splash, leather, stone and hardwood floors.


A Laundromat is a 5-minute walk.

The Mile High (Broncos Football) Stadium can be walked in 24-minutes or an Uber Taxi can drop you right at the entrance gates.

Cannabis is legal to purchase in Colorado for anyone over 21-years-old. There are many stores to buy cannabis just blocks away.

FREE and ample street parking. TWO PARKING PASSES are provided. Also, there is a $5/day parking lot one block away.

Text me if you need an early check-in or late check-out as often I'm able to accommodate your request.

Also one block away is the University of Colorado's downtown Campus, Metropolitan State and Community College of Denver campus.

Starbucks is a 3-minute walk, but why walk when a Keurig coffee maker and free K-cups are provided by owner.

The Denver Art Museum and the Clifford Still Museum -- and all the Golden Triangle district has to offer is an 10-minute walk.

What makes this house unique

This property is the entire house. It is NOT a condo. The side is made totally private by and enclosed by an 8-foot privacy fence. The house is close to downtown, the convention center, the 16th Street mall and the Denver Broncos Stadium. The grocery store is three blocks, Starbucks two blocks, Denver Art Museum 5 blocks. Many Cannabis stores -- the nearest is three blocks.

Awesome stay!!!

The pictures don't truly show how beautiful and spacious this property is!! I booked this property for a birthday weekend getaway and it was very fun and a nice place. Great location to downtown. The owner was always available by text and answered all questions and was extremely accommodating. We didn't have access to the awesome backyard because the key was missing but the owner compensated us for that matter. Other than that everything was great and would stay here again!!!

Great location, home, and property owner

The pictures of the home don't give it's beauty justice. It's a great home in a perfect location and the backyard was incredible. There are notes throughout the home that give additional useful tips and the property owner was very responsive when needed.
