Everything we needed

  • 5 of 5

The house was just right for my husband and I to have a relaxing weekend. We were very close to downtown and were able to get to all the tourist attractions easily and quickly, and come back for naps in the middle of the day. The kitchen was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The patio was better than we expected and had plenty of seating and privacy. Michael was responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely check availability next time we are in town.

Great Location

  • 5 of 5

I thought the house was in a great location, very close to downtown and had everything we needed. The house is very clean and comfortable, the outdoor seating was great as well. If I need to stay in Denver again I'll definitely see if this is available.

Not great - bad beds, iffy neighborhood

  • 2 of 5

Host was super nice at check-in but communication wasn't as good as most hosts seem to be and came from a few different phone numbers. House was in a rough neighborhood, guest beds were pretty uncomfortable, and the property as a whole just didn't match expectations. Host also seems to be actively 'managing' the reviews by texting directly which just seems kinda dishonest and rubbed me the wrong way.

Great location to downtown. Was able to walk to quick necessity locations, photo ops, light rail, and 16th Street Mall with no problem. Very comfortable, clean beds. 4 people bunked easily. We would stay here again!

Perfect for girls' weekend getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Denver for a 3-night Red Rocks stand. The property was very convenient and centrally located to downtown, Boulder, and Morrison which were our destinations. The bathroom was fabulous and the beds comfy. We wanted for nothing from linens & kitchen appointments to bandaids. Thanks for the coffe bar, too!

It was unanimous. We would all book here again.
