Also located by the ferry is the Newport harbor where you’ll find the Catalina Flyer, boat rides, whale watching, parasailing, and much more.
The Grand Treasure was beautifully remodeled in 2010 and is tastefully decorated with a relaxing beach theme. The condo of 1580 sq ft has vaulted ceilings with canned lighting, highlighted with dark chocolate crown molding and baseboards accenting the beautiful travertine tile floors throughout the house. A custom gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The home is stocked as if a 5 star resort hotel with all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient.

This condo is LUXURY LIVING. It has all the comforts and conveniences of home. It is centrally located on the Balboa peninsula near all the restaurants, entertainment, fun zone, the Balboa Pier, the firepits and of course the Beach. The only time you need a car is to get to the condo from the airport.
The Grand Treasure was recently rebuilt in 2010 from the ground up with custom upgrades. If you enjoy living in a NICE newer home near the beach, this is the place. Luxury at it's finest.
We traveled here with 3 children and also had my mother who is in wheelchair stay with us for 2 nights and the place was perfect. The location is ideal- only blocks from beach/pier or the Fun Zone (or ferry to Balboa Island). Working with Brenda was really easy, and she was in contact whenever I needed by phone/text/or email. Apartment was completely stocked and everything really clean. Garage fit a large suburban SUV.
We stayed in mid May for just a long weekend away from the never ending cold in Colorado. Everything about the condo was great. It is exactly what you see in the photos. Spacious, clean,and very well stocked with all the essentials! We loved the location and there were so many things to do just steps from the front door.
I found the entire process to be incredibly easy to book the property and Brenda was very friendly and helpful.
Over the years, we have rented many properties in Newport Beach. We think this was the best! We were a little worried about the location (right by the fun zone), but no worries. Very quiet and so convenient! Unit is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Also well equipped, including full size shampoo and conditioner! Garage parking is definitely a plus. Brenda was great to deal with. Hope to stay here, again!
This home is a fantastic find. Not only did it sleep our entire family perfectly, with plenty of space to spread out (3 adults and 4 kids), it is well decorated, roomy, and in a great location. The patio is great for evening BBQs and the kitchen is spacious enough for tons of people to "do their thing". There is a deli/pizza place/convenience store directly behind the house which is great for last minute items you've forgotten at the store, and is open until 2am. The house is "a block from the beach" but it is literally the shortest block ever. It is probably 5 houses, maybe. One house to the corner and then just a couple across the street, and it is right at Balboa Pier, which we consider the best location and have gone to since we were kids. We saw a grey whale breaching right off the beach! On the other side is the Balboa Fun zone and the Balboa ferry, which you can ride for about 50 cents just for a fun view. My sister took the kids and saw otters and dolphins.
All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun beach getaway with friends or family. Everything is close, no need for the car - just park it and forget it (which is good because the garage is a bit tough to get in/out!). Very convenient and gorgeous. The steps up to the house are a bit steep, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend for elderly people or people with disabilities. However, my friend on crutches was able to get up the stairs.
This home was perfect!! The layout was fantastic for our family of four and the kitchen was very spacious!! We hosted Easter brunch and had plenty of room. Brenda was fantastic! She met us to give us a tour of the home and all it had to offer. The home has everything you need from beach towels to toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach, the Fun Zone, pier, the Wedge and many restaurants. We had so much fun and look forward to returning to this home!!
This was a Chritmas gift in March to our kids. We didn't know what to expect, it was the first time we had rented a house or used VRBO. We were pleasantly suprised. The house was was clean and had everything we needed. Brenda met us there to show us how everything worked. It was close to the beach, quiet neighborhood and perfect for the kids. It was wonderful to have an outside deck area to grill and eat our evening meals. There is a garage, but it is difficult to get big vehicles in and out. But there is a garage, which a lot of properties don't have. Thanks for letting us stay. We had a wonderful vacation

Upon approval, Rental Agreement and Deposit are required to hold the dates.
The holding deposit reverts to the security deposit upon check-in and refundable after check out.
The $500 Security Deposit is to reserve/hold the dates for stays less than 14 nights.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival if less than 6 month away. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival if more than 6 months away.
$1000 Security Deposit or stays longer than 14 nights. Refundable with 21 days after checkout minus damages.
For Deposit Accept VISA,MC,AMEX or Discover. Other Payment methods include; Cashier Check, CHASE Quickpay and Echeck (ACH).
