Located in the highly coveted area of Beacon Hill, this bright and airy 2 bedroom/1.25 bathroom is located on the second floor with views of the greenbelt. . It has open living and dining areas, a spacious master bedroom with queen bed that opens to a private patio and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Master bath and quarter bathroom were upgraded approximately 2 years ago with new vanities, shower/ toilet and new slate floors. Kitchen was just renovated in March 2015 with new countertops, tile floor and cabinets. New carpet and baseboards were installed as well. The entire condo was painted too. Additional features include indoor washer/dryer, HD TV and open floor plan on one level. There are 3 pool areas, 6 tennis courts and walking paths within the Beacon Hill development.

$350 non refundable security deposit upon booking. 50% of rental payment due 60 days from arrival; balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds after full payment. Upon payment in full, your $350 security deposit will convert to a "damages" deposit. Will be returned a week after leaving the property if no damage to property. We accept cashier's checks and Paypal with 3% handling fee.
Owner's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

This property is in a resort area and located in a quiet neighborhood only two miles from the beach. Two 5 star hotels are in walking distance including the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis. The property is located half way between Los Angeles and San Diego which makes it a great location for visiting Disneyland, Legoland, SeaWorld, San Diego Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo, Santa Monica, Venice and Los Angeles. Local attractions include Dana Point Harbor, famous Salt Creek Beach, Historic San Juan Capistrano, Artist colony, Laguna Beach and other beautiful beach areas such as Newport Beach and Corona del Mar.

About the owner: My name is Cindy Stephan and I live in Laguna Niguel, just down the street from this condo. We have lived in this area for over 25 years and enjoy the beach, surrounding areas with its resort like feeling.
Why the Owner Chose Laguna Niguel, CA, USA:
We purchased this property approximately 8 years ago for family members and it also is in close proximity to our current residence. My mother currently lives in it but travels extensively to see other family so she prefers to rent it when she is away. For that reason, it is in great condition and pride of ownership shows.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The condo is very bright,quiet and cosy and is surrounded by beautiful trees which makes one feel as though they are living in a tree house. With great access to the beach, it is barely two miles to the beach and the walk is very scenic along the golf course as well.
