Additional features include indoor washer/dryer, HD TV and open floor plan on one level. There are 3 pool areas, 6 tennis courts and walking paths within the Beacon Hill development.

My name is Cindy Stephan and I live in Laguna Niguel, just down the street from this condo. We have lived in this area for over 25 years and enjoy the beach, surrounding areas with its resort like feeling.

Why Owner chose Laguna Niguel
We purchased this property approximately 10 years ago for family members and also for its close proximity to our current residence. My mother currently lives in it but travels extensively to see other family so she prefers to rent it when she is away. For that reason, it is in great condition and pride of ownership shows.
What makes this Condo unique
The condo is very bright,quiet and cosy and is surrounded by beautiful trees which makes one feel as though they are living in a tree house. With great access to the beach, it is barely two miles to the beach and the walk is very scenic along the golf course as well.

As a return guest I can assure you this is a great place to stay. The pictures are accurate, the condo is clean, quiet and bright. If you want someone reliable, honest and easy to communicate with Cindy Stephan is all that and more. She is helpful with any request and quick to reply to any questions. As in my previous review the location is fantastic. Everything from groceries to beaches conveniently close by. Don't miss out on Salt Creek Beach - it is our favorite!
Home away from Home
This condo was a great retreat for us. It is clean, updated and all the comforts of home. This location is central to many other activities within an hour or less drive. I would recommend it to anyone who is able to climb about 15+ stairs to second story condo. The neighbors were all kind and very quite. We enjoyed sitting on the second story patio enjoying the mornings and evenings.
It was wonderful to stay in such a nice apartment and neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, spacious and has all the useful amenities that makes one’s stay comfortable.
Close to the beaches and to most of the commercial sites on the area.
Our hostess is the nicest and most helpful person we have ever met.

Great, clean and quiet place
As usual the stay was very good, the apartment is in immaculate condition, the owner Cindy is very responsive, friendly and helpful.
This property is in a resort area and located in a quiet neighborhood only two miles from the beach. Two 5 star hotels are in walking distance including the Ritz Carlton and St. Regis. The property is located half way between Los Angeles and San Diego which makes it a great location for visiting Disneyland, Legoland, SeaWorld, San Diego Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo, Santa Monica, Venice and Los Angeles. Local attractions include Dana Point Harbor, famous Salt Creek Beach, Historic San Juan Capistrano, Artist colony, Laguna Beach and other beautiful beach areas such as Newport Beach and Corona del Mar.

For booking: 50% is due upon booking including the security deposit of $350. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Damage protection insurance is required and typically costs $59 for $1500 worth of coverage. We ask that our guests purchase this insurance in lieu of a higher security deposit. There are no refunds after final payment so we recommend that our guests take out trip insurance to insure their investment.
