Located in the highly coveted area of Beacon Hill, this bright and airy 2 bedroom/1.25 bathroom is located on the second floor with views of the greenbelt. . It has open living and dining areas, a spacious master bedroom with queen bed that opens to a private patio and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Master bath and quarter bathroom were upgraded approximately 2 years ago with new vanities, shower/ toilet and new slate floors. Kitchen was just renovated in March 2015 with new countertops, tile floor and cabinets. New carpet and baseboards were installed as well. The entire condo was painted too. Additional features include indoor washer/dryer, HD TV and open floor plan on one level. There are 3 pool areas, 6 tennis courts and walking paths within the Beacon Hill development.

My name is Cindy Stephan and I live in Laguna Niguel, just down the street from this condo. We have lived in this area for over 25 years and enjoy the beach, surrounding areas with its resort like feeling.

Why Cindy Stephan chose Orange County

We purchased this property approximately 8 years ago for family members and it also is in close proximity to our current residence. My mother currently lives in it but travels extensively to see other family so she prefers to rent it when she is away. For that reason, it is in great condition and pride of ownership shows.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is very bright,quiet and cosy and is surrounded by beautiful trees which makes one feel as though they are living in a tree house. With great access to the beach, it is barely two miles to the beach and the walk is very scenic along the golf course as well.

Great place close to beach!

We spent two weeks of our summer vacation at Cindy's condo and had a great time. The condo was neat, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was close to the beach, reataurants, and shopping. It was the perfect size for us and our two kids. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a nice little park a short walk away. Cindy was very responsive during the process of booking and during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Very good experience

Great condo- very clean, roomy and cozy. Close to the grocery stores, beautiful beaches and restaurants. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate. You will find everything you need for a comfortable vacation, starting from the washer/dryer, plenty of bath/beach towels to the internet. The kitchen is great- has everything for light(or heavy if you prefer) cooking. We are very satisfied and definately would recommend it!:)

Quiet & Convenient Condo

Updated two bedroom, one bath condo in quiet neighborhood with convenient designated covered parking spot. Great location with short drive to several beautiful beaches, shopping and many restaurants. Salt water pool & hot tub (1 block away) was a big hit with my two daughters, 15 & 11. No a/c in this unit, however ceiling fans in bedrooms and patio doors made it comfortable for sleeping. Convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as well. Owners were accommodating with supplying additional beach towels and cooler for the beach!

Excellent Rental Condo

Rented this very nice condo for some visiting relatives. It's located in a small, very quiet condo development on the second of two floors. It is within a 5 minute drive of the ocean and the Dana Point Harbor. The owners live close by and were very helpful with the condo and recommendations for shopping and dining nearby. The condo was very clean and well kept. Will definitely rent this condo again for visiting relatives and would highly recommend it for others visiting Orange County.

Neat and Clean

We stayed at the property during our remodel and were pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean the unit was. The condo was very close to many outstanding beaches that we enjoyed during our stay. We also took advantage of all of the incredible restaurants close by.

The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Overall we were very satisfied with the entire experience. We would recommend this property as a must stay!
