This two bedroom villa is located in the Sailmaster Commons neighborhood of Shipyard Plantation. The villa is a short drive to the private parking for beach access right next to the Sonesta Resort. Google Sonesta Resort, and you will see how close you are to the beach. The private beach parking is right next to the resort pool area and beach house which have bars and restaurants that are open to the public. We have no special arrangements with the resort to be able to use their pools. A beach parking pass is required after Memorial Day up until Labor Day. It will be waiting at the gate for you along with your vehicle permit to access the plantation.

You will be within easy walking distance to the Sailmaster Commons private pool (across the parking lot from the villa). This villa offers exceptional amenities, style, and location close to the white sandy Hilton Head beaches.

Shipyard Plantation area is known for its golf and tennis facilities. You will have a guest pass waiting for you the day of your arrival at the Pope Avenue gate into the property at 76 Cordillo Parkway, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The villa is ideally located near the roundabout in the center of the plantation. The property complex features a pool for your use during your stay.

The villa features a large galley kitchen, master bathroom with queen size bed and in suite bathroom with tub & shower combination. The master bedroom has a 32" cable TV.

The living room features a 50" Flat Screen TV with digital cable, DVD player and stereo system with CD Player. Complimentary recurred WiFi is also available. Step outside and enjoy a quaint patio with seating for four just off of the living room. Each bedroom has a balcony also.

Unlike other owners or management companies, we offer extremely personalized service which includes providing customized maps with points of interests and recommended shopping and restaurants. Also, we live locally, and are available anytime both before and during your stay for any questions or assistance needed.

Starter condiments are provided such as toilet paper, paper towels and shampoo and soaps. The BI-LO Grocery Store is just outside of the Shipyard gate on Pope Avenue.

There are two reserved parking spots for Sailmaster Commons guests right in front of the villa.

Please, no smoking in the villa and pets are not allowed. Only six guests are allowed to stay over night per the regime management company.

House was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our little family. Pool is great.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice open family room and tv is good size for family movie night. Kitchen is nice and has what you need. Washer and Dryer is very nice as well which is great for keeping up with laundry. Almost all doors have a lock near ceiling which is a great safety feature for kiddos.

Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay - the location, the amenities, access to the beach, etc! Great place that we would recommend to most, but with 2 minor complaints.

The mattresses in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable and really hard to sleep on. We were looking forward to good rest and sleeping in on vacation, but had a hard time doing that. Secondly, the water in the master bathroom sink took forever to get hot (5-10 minutes). Again, does not ruin our experience, but did affect the comfort level!

Look forward to visiting again with mattress pad in tow :)

I have rented from VRBO at least 25 times and this is the first time that I was disappointed.

The place needs some TLC . The entry door and frame were covered in mildew and the place smelled really damp. There was fur, dirt and mildew on the intake filter cover. When I turned down the bed in the master there were 2 spiders under the sheets. And No one likes to sleep on a bed with plastic on it! It makes you hot and sweaty. I got a knife out of the drawer to cut something and it was clean on the side facing up but the other side was covered in food! I could go on but I won't , I have some pictures to document my stay . Won't rent this unit again. I'll stick with real owners not a rental company. I did call and someone came and cleaned the front door and frame , thank you for that. We also bought a couple of damprids and it did help somewhat with the smell.

It's a good house, plenty of room, needs a little updating, but worked out fine. Its our 3rd year renting and we love it.
