About Cindy Nagrath

I live on Cape Cod in Harwich where my husband and I have raised 3 children. I manage this property for a friend and I strive to create a wonderful vacation experience for our guests. I know how important and long-awaited these holidays can be, and from the moment you check-in everything should be perfect!

Cindy Nagrath purchased this house in 2014

Why Cindy Nagrath chose Brewster

Brewster has long been one of my favorite towns on the Cape. This property is very dear to me because my friends who lived here for many years sold it to my friend who asked me to manage it. I have spent many beautiful evenings in this lovely property and know it is a beautiful home that is conducive to family gatherings and good times!

What makes this house unique

This home's unique feature is the timber framed great room. This was an addition that the previous owners put on and they spared no expense or detail to do it in the highest quality manner. They used antique timber beams, hired a master mason to do the impressive flagstone fireplace, and the windows and skylights all around make it a light, bright and airy room that has french doors leading off to 3 decks in 3 different directions. One deck is very spacious and has an outdoor shower, the other deck has outdoor dining and a front deck with adirondack chairs where you can sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. The house has been lovingly cared for and is bright, clean, and uncluttered. It has a positive energy and is a happy place to spend a weekend retreat or a family vacation.

Guestbook comments from the manager

My husband and I stayed here in Sept. with our toddler and we enjoyed this beautiful home and late summer/early fall on the Cape. It was perfect -- no crowds at the beach, restaurants or highways. The best part was relaxing in the Jacuzzi every night after putting the baby to bed and enjoying the fireplace on the two chilly evenings we had. We were able to walk to Nickerson Park and enjoyed the beach on Cape Cod bay which is literally less than a 5 minute drive from the house. It was perfect for our toddler because there were no waves and we could walk out far at low tide. We are definitely planning to come back to this beautiful private home and I recommend it highly!

Beautiful home with lovely great room and hot tub

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Brewster. This house is located in a great area, being near the outer cape and the Cape Cod National Seashore, as well as the upper cape and Chatham. We loved being close to the bay beaches and Nauset Beach, as well as Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Rail Trail which was easily accessible.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the timber framed great room is just gorgeous. We lived in this room, which felt like being outdoors with all the windows and skylights. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed recently updated and the beds were really comfortable!

Last but not least, we were made to feel so welcomed and at home by Cindy, the property manager. She was attentive and helpful and gave us great suggestions of restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be renting this home again!

I can't say enough good things about our stay in this beautiful home in the perfect location. First, I have to mention that Cindy is so easy to work with and extremely responsive. Second, the home was well kept, and had everything we needed. Third, Brewster is a wonderful town for beaches, food, hiking, and seeing the best of Cape Cod. Our kids loved the swing set and on days when we didn't feel like going to the beach, we rode our bikes to nearby Nickerson State Park and they swam in the pond, which was a great spot with plenty of other families and children. This was the best vacation we have ever had. Thank you!

A perfect getaway

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful and spacious home. As soon as we got in, we wished we had more than a weekend to spend there. The pictures online don't really do the house justice. The fire place room is fantastic. It's where we spent most of our time. The jacuzzi is really clean and state-of-the art. The manager was so easy to work with when booking and was available any time we had a question once we were in the house. It is a great location, in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to beach and main street. I cannot recommend this house more and hope to come back again one day.

Exactly as described, swift booking process & excellent communication

  • 5 of 5

The house was perfect in accommodating my friends and I for a weekend wedding celebration at Ocean Edge. A short drive to the resort, and also close to shops and restaurants in Orleans. The house was exactly described, and was clean upon entering with fresh linens and towels. Cindy was very easy to work with, with clear instructions in regards to the check in and check out process. She was also able to keep the hot tub open for us since it was going to be closed for the season a week prior; which I thought this was a very nice gesture. I will most definitely stay here again if need be.

Great Brewster House!

  • 5 of 5

This house has it all! Great location, spacious accommodations, updated furniture and bedding/linens you would have in your own home! The flow of the house is excellent. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining. Our favorite part of the house is the family room with the vaulted ceilings with wrap around windows. It felt like you were outside when we sat in this room. But the best part of the house is the property manager Cynthia. She is top shelf! She is professional, pleasant, thoughtful and very easy to work with. We have rented several homes in New England over the years and Cynthia is by far the best property manager we have ever dealt with. It's a great house!!

Cape Cod House

  • 4 of 5

Our family of 6 enjoyed this home in a quite neighborhood. Other than some construction it was easy to get around and enjoy the area. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my 94 year old father. We would stay again at this lovely home. Would have preferred one more bathroom for this group. Cindy, you were wonderful - Thanks
