Shopping: La Canada shopping center is only ten minutes away with some of the best shops on the Costa del Sol. Shops include Mango, Zara, Mossimo Dutti , H & M and many many other fashion names.

Skiing: Only a two hour drive will take you to Seirra Nevada for skiing in the winter and then take the sun on Nikki beach!

Attractions: Saville, Cordoba, Granada, Rhonda, Jerez and Gibralter are all within a few hours drive and great historical places to visit. Malaga with the Picasso museum and great shopping centre and numerous tapas bars are worth a visit. On 5th January it holds the spectacular 3 Kings procession which most of the population turns out to see.

Perfect Apartment

Had a lovely week in Elviria, the apartment was absolutely perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Immaculate condition and very clean. It has lots of terraces with the most wonderful views. Our evenings spent on the main terrace were perfect enjoying beautiful food from the local supermarkets cooked on the BBQ, we have never seen so many shooting stars!! The place is in a very good location, very peaceful with easy access to the nearby towns. We would highly recommend this place and no need to worry about paying the owner direct as he is very trustworthy.

This apartment is lovely and perfect for a family. Best location in the area, close to the pool, wonderful view over the see and the mountains. Elviria and Los Lagos is the best place to be in Costa del Sol!

Sehr schönes Penthouse

Wir haben nun nach May 2013 zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Penthouse verbracht. Schon am gleich ersten Tag fühlten wir uns wieder wie zu Hause. Das Appartement Ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Es gibt eine große Hauptterasse mit einem fantastischen Ausblick (vgl. Bilder), die fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegt (Markise vorhanden) und weitere drei kleinere Terassen, so dass man von morgens bis abends in der Sonne sitzen kann. Ein schöner Pool ist nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, weitere Pools sind in der Anlage verfügbar. Wifi ist in der gesamten Wohnung verfügbar und funktioniert perfekt, Fernsehen ist ebenfalls über Internet möglich, entweder über den Flachbildschirm oder eigenes Tablet mitbringen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wir haben den Urlaub wieder in vollen Zügen genossen und freuen uns darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

We have spent our holiday for the second time (first time May 2013 ) in this beautiful Penthouse. Already the first day we felt like home again. The apartment is very well looked after, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is a large main terrace with a fantastic view (see pictures), which is almost all day in the sun (awning available) and three smaller terraces, so that you can sit from morning to evening in the sun. A beautiful pool is just a few meters away from the apartment, additional pools are available in the compound. Wifi is available throughout the apartment and works perfectly. Television is available via Internet on the flat screen or either bring your own tablet. A car is recommended. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back soon.

The new smart TV is definately an inprovement on the old flat screen, I have also added a new blue ray player and renewed the terrace table and chairs. Great apartment with great view!

We've stayed almost 3 weeks in this great apartment. It has a great, great terrace with top view on mountains, golf course an sea. It's a well equipped apartment with all the luxury you would like to find on your holidays. It's a close drive to nice beaches, different restaurants and beach clubs ( Nikki Beach!) It's great to visit the city of Malaga or go to Marbella, Puerto Banus or Estapona. If you like golf, many great courses to play!

Nice appartment and excellent service

We stayed her for a week in March. The appartment has all you need - the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms and living room are fine, and the location is great, with the main balcony overlooking a golf course. A car is helpful to get around the area, and particularly if you want to go to Malaga -which we highly recommend - or Marbella (which is a lot less authentic). Talat's help and clear instructions made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, highly recommended and we will certainly be back.

Lovely looking property. Modern interior.

We have been there a few times now. Every year me and my family come back to visit once again. The apartment is beautifully situated on top of a hill overlooking a near-by golf- course and the mediteranean sea. The interior of the apartment has been done in a modern, stylish way. I love the warm colours. The kitchen has everything one needs. AirCon/Heating is provided. There is one big terrace to sunbathe on, eat meals, chill...but there are also various smaller ones to withdraw to. A pool is just next door to the property. Shops are not far away, but I would recommend hiring a car for the time there. It allows you to see a bit more of beautiful Spain!

Elveria is the unspoilt area of Marbella, with the property overlooking the stunning 18 hole Santa Maria Golf course.

Famous Nikki beach, with its clean sand is only 5 minutes away.

Marbella and Puerto Banos are only a short drive. Shops, restaurants, beach and some of the worlds best golf courses are all a short drive.

Great shopping at La Canada is only 10 minutes away. Zara, Mossimo Dutti and Mango, to name a few are all there!

The backdrop is formed by stunning mountains with the property facing south west giving a panoramic view of golf, sea and mountains. Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada all within driving distances for day visits.

Other Activities: 2 bikes and 2 sets of golf clubs are available for our clients use.

Golf: The property is situated on Santa Maria Golf course with views over the lakes of the Club House, The 1st Tee and the 18th Green. It is one of the best courses on the Costa del Sol and will test golfers of all abilities. Take a moment to take in the views on all holes.

Although Tee times are available at short notice, it is advisable to book before your stay especially if you are a large golf party.

The club house offers twilight rates in the late afternoon at half price. Bookable from 48 hours before. easy walk down to the well stocked clubhouse and bar.
