Airline pilot, like to have clean apartment, with the little touches to make the stay enjoyable, I think I have supplied this for my guests. I am from UK, have a local Spanish lady to meet my guests on arrival.

Pleasant stay during February 2018
We enjoyed this very spacious and clean property very much. It was well equipped, we didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. The views from the huge terrace were so beautiful.
The weather was sunny and warm enough to enjoy tennis at the nearby tennis club Don Carlos.
Las Flores is our favorite restaurant, which we can reach with a walk along the beach.

Nice apartment overlooking St. Maria Golf course
This is a nice duplex apartment overlooking St. Maria Golf course in Elviria. Perfect view to the sea from the front patio. Direction is south-west which gives you sun till sunset. The kitchen is well equipped . All what we needed was on hand and as a rear exception the knives were not edgeless but really sharp. Communication with the owner was very efficient. Only negative point: The oven and the trays were filthy and really need proper cleaning/replacement.

Superb apartment in nice location
The apartment was beautifully appointed and well maintained. Offering spacious accommodation over two floors it is perfect for families. The apartment has access to a number of pools the largest of which is right next door. The pools are clean and well maintained. The largest pool is manned by a life guard, who I have to say was a little over zealous and stopped children using inflatables or food and drink being consumed. Whilst this was disappointing you can always head to one of the other pools which are not manned. It was a little too far to walk into nearest shops and restaurants so a car is a must. There is great local supermarket and plenty of choice in terms of restaurants.
Very nice penthouse with a wonderful view
We had a perfect holiday in Elviria and just loved the Los Lagos urbanisation. The view for the terrace is amazing. The apartment is perfect for family with a bedroom downstairs and one upstairs. We can really recommend this apartment.
Nice place along the sunny coast
This was good size and well maintained apartment for two adults and two kids.
With 3 swimming pools within close range and a decent selection of shops and resturant 10min away, we had what we needed to enjoy ourselves in Elvira for 14 days.

Fabulous Apartment in Elveria
We have stayed at Mr Maliks apartment about fourteen times now. We try to stay at least twice a year, and we will be returning in late September. It is a wonderful apartment situated high above the golf course and with wonderful views over Elveria and the Med, you can see Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Morocco on a clear day. The apartment is in close proximity to many fine resorts and close to the wonderful beaches of Elveria safe for children to play. We frequently drive to Gibraltar which is about an hour away. The apartment is fully equipped with a super fitted kitchen and the swimming pool is a stones throw away with a paddling pool for small children. There is a television, CD player, DVD player and plenty of music and films to play. Although there are a lot of good restaurants close by we choose to cook at the apartment and enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking to view especially the sunset with some nice music playing. The apartment is just a wonderful place to be with all your needs for a really nice holiday.

Elveria is the unspoilt area of Marbella, with the property overlooking the stunning 18 hole Santa Maria Golf course. Famous Nikki beach, with its clean sand is only 5 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banos are only a short drive. Shops, restaurants, beach and some of the worlds best golf courses are all a short drive. Great shopping at La Canada is only 10 minutes away. Zara, Mossimo Dutti and Mango, to name a few are all there! The backdrop is formed by stunning mountains with the property facing south west giving a panoramic view of golf, sea and mountains. Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada all within driving distances for day visits. Other Activities: 2 bikes and 2 sets of golf clubs are available for our clients use. Golf: The property is situated on Santa Maria Golf course with views over the lakes of the Club House, The 1st Tee and the 18th Green. It is one of the best courses on the Costa del Sol and will test golfers of all abilities. Take a moment to take in the views on all holes. Although Tee times are available at short notice, it is advisable to book before your stay especially if you are a large golf party. The club house offers twilight rates in the late afternoon at half price. Bookable from 48 hours before. easy walk down to the well stocked clubhouse and bar.

Rates include Tax, Cleaning, Free Satellite TV and free Internet. Min rental 3 days, special rates apply for short term. Pro rata using a 5 day week. Discounts available for long term rents. Please enquire. Cancellations incur costs, they are set out in our rental contract, please enquire. All booking must be paid for in full at least 4 weeks before occupation.
Minimum payment on booking €500, rest is payable a minimum of 8 weeks before occupation. If you pay direct, there are no extra costs, but if paid direct via Homeaway, the extra payment is charged to client. Cancellations terms. 2 weeks before 100%, 2-4 weeks before 50%, other 25% of booking fee or max deposit.
