Located in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Bend is home to all the things we love: skiing, rock climbing, biking, running, swimming (think triathlete), photography and just clean air!

Why Desert Pine Properties, LLC chose Old Mill District

When on holiday we don't want to worry about driving and shuttling the kids around. It is great to be in the heart of the area -- The Old Mill District is it. It is only about a leisurely mile walk/ride up the river to the downtown area. The complex is on the river, across from the Les Schwab Amphitheater and Old Mill District -- and it is a straight shot out to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and riding (snow and bike!).

Absolutely the best location in Bend!

What makes this townhome unique

The house was designed to be a simple and relaxing 'home' away from home. While the home is new with all the new conveniences, we use teak furniture and a great antique oak bed, washstands and secretaries to warm up the place -- along with a classic old Coke poster that sums up the theme 'Relax'.

While we love animals (particularly our small dog), we don't bring her with us on vacation and we enjoy a little break. Apologies to those who do travel with their pets, but we think there are some like us as well who are sensitive to pet dander and prefer a pet free home.

Clean and spacious
