We love this condo! It’s our new home away from home, and we’d like to share it with you. Guests enjoy a 5th floor beachfront location, a 100% remodel, an incredible view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and resort-like amenities. Our Lanai is the perfect setting to enjoy Naples’ breathtaking sunsets, and we love to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf from the beach every night. The Tamiami Trail and historic downtown Naples (5th street) are home to some of our favorite restaurants, and they can both be reached in about 5-10 minutes by car. For a more relaxing evening, shopping and dining in the immediate area is superb—and only about ten minutes away on foot. However, what guests really love about our condo, and what we value most about it, is the feeling of community—when you’re around the pool BBQ'ing, watching the sunset, and talking to your neighbors late into the night. That’s what brings guests back year after year, for 5, 10 and 20 years! If this sounds interesting—please read on.
Our 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom condo was completely remodeled. This includes a brand new kitchen with top-of-the-line cabinets, self-closing drawers, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Both bathrooms were gutted as well, and they now have new cabinets, marble counters, new fixtures and glass shower enclosures. The condo floor was done with 24” Italian marble throughout, including the Lanai. All the furniture, the 3 flat screen TV’s with cable, and the beds/bedding are new as well. For completeness, the air conditioners, the hot water heater, and the doors and windows have been replaced and are hurricane-rated.
The Naples Continental Club building is the perfect size---8 floors and only 128 units. This is definitely not one of those mega condos—it’s large enough to have the right amount of amenities, and small enough to offer a charming, familiar atmosphere with extremely well-maintained grounds and a sparkling pool for meeting new friends. The building itself is safe and secure with around-the-clock front desk security, a permanent onsite property manager, and secure building access doors. Conveniently, we have reserved parking near one of the secure entry doors, and the elevator stops right outside our door. Guest parking is also available for friends and family.
The Naples Continental Club has a large heated pool just seconds away from beach surrounded by chaise lounge chairs and 5 separate tables/chairs/BBQ areas for your lunch/dinner/get-together's. You will find many chaise lounge chairs across the beachfront. We actually prefer the shade, and there is a large “Chickee” (covered lanai) with lots of lounge chairs and picnic tables all right on the beachfront providing a little respite from the tropical sun. The ground floor overlooks the pool and has restrooms, a sauna, a library, a work-out room, and common areas with pool and ping-pong tables. There are also two shuffleboard courts to have a little friendly game with some of the other guests you meet around the pool and beachfront.
It’s hard to imagine a better beachfront location in Naples. The beach is incredibly clean and never crowded, and there aren’t any large hotels nearby.
Our enjoyment does not stop at our condo or the complex either---only a 10 min scenic walk along inner Doctor’s Bay is the Village of Venetian Bay that offers a great variety of quality restaurants and shopping. Within 10 minutes drive along Tamiami Trail (41st St. ) there is lots of designer retail and restaurants in the Waterside Shops , Mercado Center has great shopping, restaurants and Movie Theaters , and Naples 5th Ave/Old/Downtown Naples has restaurants, shopping and entertainment..
If you want to venture out a little further, shelling on Sanibel Island is always a favorite day trip, , Marco Island, Outlet Shopping are about 35 mins. A 2 hour drive is Fort Lauderdale, or Miami/South Beach. Disney World and Universal Studios are about a 4 hour drive. There is a high speed ferry to Key West…we have enjoyed all of these.

About the owner: We grew up in Toronto Canada and Austria We've raised our family in the San Francisco Bay area. We have been vacationing in Naples for the past 15 years, with our parents. Now that our children are away at college, we wanted our family getaway. It's great to have three generations of our family together. The memories are wonderful.

Naples seems to have something for everyone, and we love our beachfront location. The beach wonderfully uncrowded, you can walk for hours on spotlessly clean sugary sand. Our condo complex is only 128 units, 8 stories. We have 24 hour security, on site management, the grounds are meticulously maintained, pool crystal clear, surrounded by tables/chairs and gas BBQ's--all beach front, just 30 feet from pool to beach! Our location is very central to Naples, 10 minute walking along the inner bay to six waterfront restaurants and nearly 40 shops--they accurately call it Venetian Village. Within a 5-10 minute drive you have quality grocery stores, more restaurants, designer shopping, movie theaters and the Naples Philharmonic.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The renovation finished late 2012. Everything was done. New everything, italian marble floors throughout the entire unit, including the balcony. New kitchen cabinets, granite in kitchen, and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms were gutted as well, and in addition to the new Italian marble floor is new cabinets and granite counters, and glass shower enclosures. All new furniture, area rugs, beds, linens, towels. Finally, new windows and sliders that are hurricane rated.
