This post and beam house was built in the 1700's and William Chase made his Whirligigs in the Barn/Cottage.
Downstairs in the house is a living room, which is being redecorated in Navy Blue and White,
dining room, which seats 10, front hall, kitchen family room, and powder room. French doors open up to a large deck with
outside seating and dining table which seats 6 plus
a brand new Weber gas grill, and outside shower.
The kitchen has marble counters, new appliances,
a wine cooler,and washer dryer. There are now sisal type
carpets in the family room.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and
ensuite bath. There are 2 other bedrooms with twin
beds that share a bathroom that has a tub shower.
The Cottage has a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with stall shower, and washer dryer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with twin beds.There is another outside shower at the cottage.
In the main house there are 3 TVs...one in the Kitchen/Family, one in the living room, and one in the master.
In the cottage the there are 2 TVs...one in the Living Room and one in the King size bedroom.
There is wireless internet in the house, plus a DVD player.
Designer bed linens on all the beds, plus beach chairs and towels for your days at the beach.
The house has AC window units, and the cottage has a window unit on the first floor and the second floor is air
The property is located near the Oldest House and is an easy walk to town.
As you can see, the house is furnished with many antique pieces and has beautiful pumpkin pine wide
There is off street parking in the driveway. The deck is large
with ample seating and dining.
