This condo is in the heart of, and within walking distance to, almost everything in downtown Nashville. It is fully furnished, has two bedrooms upstairs; one with a king bed and the other a queen. Downstairs sleeps 4 on sofa beds and air mattresses. The condo has 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, large screen TVs, and all the comforts of home. Even though the building is on one of the main party streets in downtown Nashville, no outside noise can be heard in the condo.

The building is located on the same side of the street as BBKings, Wildhorse Saloon, Coyote Ugly, Hard Rock Café, The Old Spaghetti Factory, The Melting Pot, and many more venues. Behind the condo is the Cumberland River and the Nissan Stadium, home of the Titans football team. Two blocks down from the condo on Church Street is historic 'Printers Alley' where great blues music can be heard. There is also an urban market on Church Street where groceries can be purchased including fresh produce and meats.

About Raymond Harris or Sandy Palmer

Raymond bought this beautiful condo so Sandy could live in it while working in downtown Nashville. After work each night, we would go to BBKings or one of the other local honky tonky, have dinner, dance a little and then walk home to the condo. What a great time we had. When Sandy no longer worked in downtown Nashville, we decided to keep the condo because of its great location. We now rent it out as a vacation rental and use it ourselves whenever we come downtown.

Perfect location five star loft

Wonderful location. In walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife on Broadway. This loft was just perfect for two couples. Beds were extremely comfortable and the unit is well stocked with towels and amenities. Mr. Harris was always a phone call away. Highly recommended!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This condo is great and in a perfect location downtown.

We stayed at this condo for a girls weekend away, it was perfect for our trip. There were 8 of us and the accommodation worked out great. It is perfect for walking to all the attractions, sight seeing and restaurants. We felt very safe and very little noise could be heard from the streets. The owner is very nice and was able to get a hold of him for any questions. I would highly recommend this condo, if you are looking for a place downtown in the heart of it all.

Perfect Accommodation in a Great Location

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is located on 2nd street. A short walk to the craziness of Honky Tonk row, but just far enough away to be able to relax when we wanted to. The condo slept 4 comfortably and was really nice! The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Downtown Nashville is at the top of the list for cities to visit. Nashville is nicknamed 'Music City' because of its music venues, live concerts, and numerous honky tonks. Nashville also hosts many sporting events and has a wide variety of restaurants to enjoy. If it is the night life you want, then Nashville is a must!

Nashville is also home of the Tennessee State Capitol, the Nashville Symphony, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Frist Center for the Visual Arts, the Parthenon and many beautiful parks and gardens.

Downtown Nashville is a great place whether here on business or pleasure.

Check in 3pm and check out at 11am. Entry codes will be issued one week prior to arrival. Reserved garage parkinsg for one vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or NO SMOKING. Any excessive cleaning or damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
