About Saleem A
We are a professional couple who like to share our home to out of town visitors. We work in hi-tech industry, live alone, outdoors active. We immensely love to live in the Seattle area and enjoy all the natural beauty it has to offer.
Saleem A purchased this House in 2007
Why Saleem A chose Wallingford
We bought our house because we love to live in the city. We are located in a great location where we never have to drive to go out for grocery shopping, get a cup of coffee, and eat a casual lunch/dinner or for a date night. We can walk to Lake Union or Green Lake for a walk every day and we often even walk four miles to downtown on a nice day.

We hope to stay at Saleem's again.
This was our second month-long stay at Saleem's rental. Everything we needed--comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, good light and heat for a February stay in Seattle. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great neighborhood for living without a car. Saleem is an attentive, but not intrusive, landlord who anticipated our needs and responded quickly to our requests. We hope to stay there again.
Classic basement apartment
Nice area of town, comfortable bed, brand new washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, tight bathroom but that's not a big problem. Summary: best value I have found in the area so far.
Well appointed property in a good location
A good experience of the property overall
Enjoyed our time in Seattle
The property was as described and is in Wallingford. We had a great nearly 2 week stay. It is perfectly situated near the highway if you're looking to go up or down the state; right across from a grocery; and is a block or two away from a bus stop where you can take public transport to downtown Seattle, Ballard, or anywhere you really want to to go! The owner was even nice enough to offer us a guest parking pass! Only issue we had was when we first arrived there were dozens of flies and some ants in the apartment. We got rid of all the buggers within a few days of arriving and never saw any more.
Thanks John for the review. Sorry about the issues with insects. We called an exterminator and they traced the flies and ants to a new potted plant that we had put in the apartment. We have taken care of it. Thanks again!
Solo work traveler. This location is amazing. Clean, tastefully appointed, private space. All the amenities you'd ever need. Great setup for up to 4 people.
Clean apartment in basement of house. We had a car so location was fine. Only issue was an ant infestation in kitchen. We did not cook there so it was not from us. As long as the owner takes care of that, i would recommend.
