This home features large kitchen with Granite counter tops and dinning room area with a half bath off kitchen. This Spacious living room area has Direct TV and Internet serves along with its new comfortable furniture make it a great place to relax after long day on the beach. However if feeling a pleasant evening breeze is your way to relax you are only few steps from a comfortable 250 square foot deck. Both are wonderful areas to spend your nights unwinding after a day on the beach.
The sleeping arrangement includes master bedroom with a king bed, a master bath with shower and Whirlpool tub to help you relax. The other 2 bedrooms have queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other. Both bedrooms are on lower level with a Bathroom including shower. The laundry room is also on lower level it is equipped with a side load washer and dryer.
The home also comes with beautiful community pool and hot tub. A wonderful place to get away from the wind, the sand or simply relax in the sun and visit with family.
Our home also has a large attached garage that allows you to place you beach toys, bikes or fishing gear away for the night. There are two parking space in
front of the home.

We purchased this home as a retirement home and place to bring our family and grandchildren down to experience life on the coast. Our ideal renter is a family looking for quality well kept home at a fair price. We feel our home compares with any on island except maybe in price.
