Cozy, and very clean.

Stayed here for one week for our honeymoon, and it was great! Simple, nice flat that has all you'll need for a great vacation! Very clean, and spacious, loved our stay here. Being Located on the North end of the island made our time in Hawaii way better, less people and traffic. Diana was very helpful months leading to arriving in Hawaii to the very last day of our stay. We will definitely be back and will recommend this wonderful spot to family and friends!

Cleanliness and charm were the hallmarks of our stay at this property

Regulars to Oahu but first time in this part of the island. Outstanding experience on every level. Misplaced our entry instructions and promptly received a call back from the property manager to assist and ensure she would be available for any further needs or guidance; property manager and concierge in one, Awesome !

We loved the location and quick access to the beach. Truly an experience now at the top of our travel memories. We intend to return and enjoy again

Was EXACTLY as described! Loved it!!

This condo with loft was really comfortable during my recent stay. I was happy to see that there was a lot of thought put into the decor and details, such as extra fans for the loft, which really stays cool when the fans are on and the windows are open, which I prefer over AC running. I needed a quiet escape from my busy work schedule and I was able to do so many things, like play a round of golf, walk to the beach every morning, and also walk to the resort for lunch or dinner.. LOVED Roy's right on the beach after morning sunning! The kitchen was really ample for this small apartment and I was able to make all my other meals really nicely with well appointed appliances and utensils.. One of the best features for me was the black-out curtains that I could close for mid-day naps.. when I did use the AC because it was naturally hotter at this time of day.. I will definitely come again and may not even rent a car next time! You won't be disappointed! I left completely relaxed and felt away from it all...

Awesome location and decoration, very clean and quiet.

We loved the space charm and Diana's aloha.

But, despite a nice and full kitchen, don't have any kitchen benches to dinner or breakfast on the condo. Weird.

Other needs, in our view, could be 2 beach chairs for guests (there was one and we leave other for the next guest).

A better (less noise) air conditioner could be good as well. The space where bed is located (mezzanine) is really stuffy and needs to run air for many hours before you can use it (a non sense in Hawaii's save energy mind).

Owner's Response: Thank you Claudio, I am going to get another TV tray, as there is no room in the kitchen for stools.. There are also two extra fans in the unit for times when it gets hot.. yes, that loft can get stuffy during the daytime, as the sun beats on the rooftop, but does cool down nicely at night... Thank you for your nice comments about the cleanliness and decor, that is our priority for our guests~

Unimpressive/Unfortunate

It feels very unfortunate to write this review but I can't understand how this is rated nearly 5 star, when it’s not even close, based on our experience.

We read the rental agreement (prior to arriving) and list of expectations (upon arrival) so we knew the guidelines very well. We followed all the rules EXACTLY so we didn't do anything wrong and could get our Security Deposit refunded.

The rules state that you will be charged for stained laundry. We went to purchase washcloths/towels the morning after we arrived so we didn't accidently stain any of the ones that were provided. While away, I received a text message stating that the brooms needed to be pulled in off of the walkway because of a fire hazard. (We didn't place the brooms where they were, they were left as-is.) Funny thing is, there was not one smoke detector mounted in the unit. Every smoke detector was physically pulled. The place absolutely reeked upon arrival. The closest I could come up with for the potential odor was possibly the kitchen disposal. We bought air fresheners. The light switches/fixtures are labeled incorrectly/don’t work/are unpredictable. The water pressure is seriously lacking – this should be emphasized exponentially. Rust in shower and at kitchen sink. The washer and dryer are severely dated – fill a container with water to catch the lint/lid doesn’t close properly. We NEVER left food out, took the garbage out regularly, and cleaned dishes immediately after use. Unfortunately, FIVE huge cockroaches visited us during our stay!  This made us feel incredibly dirty and even angry! It does get very warm in the loft, and since you're not supposed to leave the air conditioning running during the day, your only source of relief are the fans. The fans were low budget and dirty so they didn’t perform well. Two lights in the loft were burnt out. The mattress is firm but you could feel the coils in it. A picture can tell a 1000 words - there’s also a 1000 words it CANNOT tell you and they may be UNFAVORABLE!

Compliments I can give because I feel that credit is due where deserved! The unit does have extremely hot water(!), a decent hairdryer, is a quick walk to Turtle Bay and short drive to North Shore beaches/towns.

The property manager is very nice but that cannot take away from the fact that the place needs some TLC/investment or the pictures/description of the unit should not make it seem like it’s upscale/ultimate/5 star.

Owner's Response: Aloha~ This review is so off the mark, I had to read it twice... we get mostly 5-star reviews for this upgraded unit. This is very unfortunate, because we had guests that stayed in the unit prior to this visit who did not care for the apartment and ended up flooding the bathroom. This is why there may have been some issue with water pressure. Now that I know, I'll have the plumbers check on that to make adjustments. There are some things that are not brand new, however, our cleaners make sure to do a very thorough cleaning and we just had the unit deep cleaned. We have a quarterly pest control company that treats the entire unit and the building does its own pest control for the exterior common areas. Because this complex is on a golf course, and we live in a tropical environment, we all deal with pests here in Hawaii in every building and home. So it depends on how you keep the screens and doors closed tight, etc. Sometimes the smoke detectors make noise and people take them down. I'll look at that too. We have installed new ones not long ago as well and they are likely in the drawers. As for the smell.. I'm not sure what that could have been.. perhaps a frog or something died outside.. I would have gladly came to help you with any of these issues if you would have called me to come and check things out. We really strive for the best and it seems that we need to make a few more adjustments to the apartment after the bad experience we had with the previous guests. My sincerely apologies~ Diana

Great location and price for two

We enjoyed our stay here very much. A 12 min walk to Turtle Bay Resiort -

where I worked out every morning in a beautiful gym overlooking the ocean. We golfed the Arnold Palmer and Fauzio courses which were in excellent shape. This condo is exactly as shown. Very clean, updated, and

nicely decorated. One thing to mention is there is not an eating area, but the comfy cushioned orange chairs serve well for dining and watching TV.

The loft was a little warm at night, but they supply lots of fans and the A/C works well. Well equipped kitchen and did enjoy having the Bullet to create wonderful shakes each morning. Thank you for sharing your lovely place on the North shore of Oahu!
