Our charming Alta Mirada townhome is located in a prime location of Tempe, close to golf courses, shopping malls, and the nightlife surrounding the ASU campus. Situated on a corner lot, this home features vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a completely remodeled interior, along with access to the community pool and tennis courts. The floors have been upgraded with all new tile, hardwood, and carpet. The kitchen has been refurbished with granite countertops, rustic-style wood cabinets, electric glass stovetops, a dual oven, and a built-in microwave. The living area comes equipped with a large Vizio flatscreen TV, wood fireplace, comfortable fabric couches and a recliner, and an oval glass coffee table in the center.

The master suite downstairs is furnished with a king bed, a separate work desk, matching nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. You'll have plenty of storage space, with a sliding mirror door closet in the bedroom and a walk-in closet situated in the master bathroom. The master bath comes with travertine floors, an updated shower with a removable/adjustable shower head, his/hers sinks, a skylight, and granite countertops. Connecting both upstairs areas is a suspended walkway over the foyer and dining room. One bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that can be converted to a king size, while the bedroom on the opposite side comes with a king mattress. The outdoor area is patterned with Saltillo hexagon tiles that wrap around the front, side, and back of the property. Other features include an in-ground spa, available propane grill, and plenty of room for outdoor dining.

Total Disappointment!

I was so disappointed with this home! We arrived at 9pm in the evening and were given the wrong code to get in. We called the after hours number and it took 2 phone calls and 10 min to get the right one. Once inside we discovered that the home was not what they said it was. In the description we were told that there was a loft with a queen pull out sofa. There was neither a loft or a sofa bed. We needed the queen sofa to be able to fit everyone in beds. We also found that the two twin beds in one of the rooms didn't have any comforters, just fitted and flat sheets. The next morning we were informed that if we wanted anything more than what was provided we would need to bring it ourselves!

We were there for our daughters wedding and rented the home so that we would have a kitchen to do the baking that we needed to do. The oven wouldn't open! We had 600 cookies to bake and no oven! I was beyond frustrated at this point. We called the help desk that night and left a message with them. They called me back first thing in the morning. The help desk was a pleasure to work with. They had to make some calls to find out what was going on. They apologized and told me that they would send over a bed, free of charge, and that the maintenance man would look at the oven. The maintenance man got there a couple hours later, told us that he didn't know what to do about the oven and that they would have to call in an appliance man. We never heard from them again and the oven was never fixed.

As far as cleanliness goes, the master bath had black mold in the shower corner and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The remainder of the house looked clean, but when I took my socks off and walked around the house, the bottom of my feet turned black.

Another huge problem was the HOA! We were unaware that you weren't allowed to park anywhere on the road. You have to park all vehicles on the short driveway and in the garage. We had a large trailer with a truck that hauled all of the wedding things. We had it parked on the street for a full day and then received a notice on the truck, phone calls from the help desk, and a visit from a nice lady that manages the home the next day. It would have been nice to have known that before hand. Even after we moved the truck into the garage and the trailer was on the driveway, the HOA had us detach the trailer from the truck! We really were harassed by the HOA. It was a nightmare!

Nicely appointed house. Loved the location.

I loved the location of this house, it was very close to all the shopping needs that I have. Easy access to the freeway system as well.

It was well kept and tidy. The way that the house was decorated was nice – Nicely appointed house .

The renters help desk agent was wonderful, he bent over backwards to help me. The company’s customer service agent made sure that I had everything that I needed.

The house was the ideal size for me and my girlfriend. I will be looking for you folks next year.

The dynamic nature of this process results in a different rate for almost every night of the year. As such, the rates displayed on the static rate chart may not reflect the rate you are dynamically offered or pay. The rate chart is inherently limited and does not include rate premiums for holidays, special events, or pricing variables including: #1) the current levels of vacancy for similar properties in the same geographical area #2) the number of nights of the prospective stay #3) the specific nights of the week being included in the rate quote #4) the number of nights until the projected stay arrival date #5) whether or not your prospective dates create calendar efficiencies or inefficiencies on the arrival or departure side of your projected stay #6) the number of persons in traveling group.
