We are excited to offer the newest addition in the Nashville Vacation Rental Homes family of properties.

There are 3 bedrooms, each Bedroom has a queen bed and a twin (new beds and bedding). The home has 2 full baths, one is a brand new addition to the home and the other has been completely remodeled. The kitchen has also been redesigned/remodeled with all new appliances. Spacious and well stocked, the kitchen is ready for preparing meals to share with your family and friends.

An open floor plan for the well appointed living room and dining room offers a great space for visiting and entertaining.

Both front and back yards are very large and the backyard is fenced. The large back yard provides an excellent place for badminton, horse shoes, grilling out or just hangout on the lighted patio with a relaxing cup of coffee or cold beverage.

The privately owned home is located 5 minutes from downtown in a single family home neighborhood. This location is ideal for visiting Nashville, close to all attractions!

About Kim Sweeney

I am a native Tennessean and grew up in the Nashville area. My youngest children are now in College, oldest children are successful young adults with thriving careers!

Having been an entrepreneur forever and recently retired from the distribution company I started in 1990, I have been looking for something to keep me busy and cover the cost of my lake home. Having used VRBO for renting homes in the past, I began considering offering the house to travelers coming to Nashville. I wanted to be sure our guest felt like they were in a friends home and not an Investment Rental. My fiance Kim, and I worked for 2 months selecting and stocking the house to be sure it was 'right' and the response from our guest, now 'friends' has been overwhelming!

We meet our guest at the house for check-in and have had made many friends. We are committed to making sure our guest have a great home to enjoy during their time in Nashville.

We have been so excited by our experience, we recently purchased another home on the lake, just 5 minutes away.

Why Kim Sweeney chose Nashville

We purchased this home because of the location. It is a short drive to downtown where all the action and attractions are that everyone comes for while visiting Nashville. It is literally almost half way between downtown and the airport, approximately 5 miles in each direction . This is a great home, great neighborhood and fantastic location. Cozy, comfortable and clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds for 9 guests and a huge private back yard with brick patio, this home will make your visit to Nashville feel like your home away from home.

What makes this house unique

In this 3 bedroom home we increased the ability to get more guests in beds by adding a twin bed in each of the bedrooms. We also remodeled the kitchen with all new appliances, tiled back splash and stocked it with everything you would need to make a complete family meal. Of course, you are only minutes away from many great restaurants if you do not feel like cooking.

The location of the home is in a well established neighborhood and each home sits on a large lot so you don't have another home sitting an arm's length away as in East Nashville nor neighbors above and below you as in a condo. This is a perfect place to stay and best of all only 5 miles to downtown (practically in the city but with out the noise).

Great clean place to stay close to everything.

The place was very clean and felt just like home. The back patio was great to relax in the evening. Close to everything you would want to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

I reserved this house for a girls weekend. Five of us stayed together and we had the most fun here. The house is well maintained with 2 beds in each of the 3 bedrooms. We weren't cramped at all which made getting dressed before we went out so nice. We had great fun talking & laughing about the train that comes by several times during the night. We only heard it the first night. We were so tired the second night that no one in the house heard it.

The kitchen is well stocked and even has a spice rack and plenty of coffee filters. We weren't sure if there would be any so we bought some and then realized that six other renters had done the same thing, lol.

This house is easy access to the Opry, downtown and the airport. I would recommend this to anyone with children or groups of ladies. We felt safe here and had plenty of space.

Clean, modern and accommodating

Stayed in house with 5 other women for a Bachelorette Weekend. Everyone was impressed with how clean and modern the house was. We had plenty of room and no problems with all of us getting ready for our evenings out. While the house is not downtown, it was only a 10-15 minute drive or Uber ride. We also liked having access to a neighborhood grocery store and other convinences.

Convenient location, nice big kitchen.My biggest complaint, the toilet paper. They probably could've supplied us with a bit more than 1 full toilet paper roll and 2 almost gone rolls for 6 people over a whole weekend. I mean we are paying for extra guests and that money should go to something. I'm not saying we're too poor to buy our own toilet paper, I'm just saying on principle there should've been more toilet paper. It's just that we're in a suburb and we don't have a car. It seemed silly for us to Uber for toilet paper, or carry a stack of toilet paper home after honky tonking (or during honky tonkin??). So I finally sucked it up and asked for an extra roll of toilet paper from Kim, and I got rejected. I was kind of at a lost trying to decide which I should do, Uber to the nearest cvs or honky tonkin with a bag of toilet paper. We finally decided that we would steal extra toilet paper from public bathrooms along the way and stuff it in our purse. There you have it. It was actually a really big deal when were amidst this crisis.

Was the perfect location and size for our bachelorette trip!

When we arrived the property was just like the pictures and very clean, ready for us to completely move in for the weekend. We had 8 girls and felt like we had plenty of space for all of us to sleep and most importantly get ready to go out. Would recommend to anyone!

Very clean, inside just like pictures on web.

I was happy with everything except that the remote for the TV did not work, thats a pain without a guide on a modern TV. And, the WI-FI never worked either. Otherwise it was great. Very clean and the furniture and appliances were in good shape and everything worked fine.

Only five miles from downtown, a short distance from all attractions and excellent restaurants. Tourist attractions and nightlife close by with Uber an Lyft an inexpensive option (less expensive than downtown parking).The Nashville Green-way trail is located at the end of the street, excellent for walking and running. Huge private fenced back yard with patio area for enjoyment and grilling. Perfect home to enjoy your visit to Nashville!!
