This lake home is one of the few on the west side of Gull Lake with a sunset view. It is located on Rocky Point away from the traffic of the main road. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The house was built in 2004 with the thought that three generations could enjoy the summer together under one roof. There is a bedroom suite on the main floor for someone who doesn't like steps and the other three bedrooms are on the second floor, all with a fabulous view of the lake. The location of the house is in a bay protected from the wind, which allows it to be calm and it has a nice sandy bottom for swimming! The kitchen was designed to entertain and host large family dinners. The result has been enjoyed by many. There is a fire pit outside for your enjoyment. There are many other family members and friends on the point, which makes it a very special place.

Why Kathryn Hagen chose Lake Shore
There were three friends that traveled together and all ended up buying property on Rocky Point when Rocky Point Resort sold off their cabins in the late 50s. The families are still here today.
What makes this Cabin unique
Having a lake view from every room in the house was very important in the design of our home. It truly makes our house unique.

Rocky Point Sunset View Lake Home
Our family has rented many facilities on Gull Lake (and other parts of the world) so we have seen quite a variety in rental property.
We would rate this a 10 out of 10.
It is a first class property and everything that is described in the listing is accurate. The owners are wonderful people and easy to work with. It provides a great location and view of the lake with good swimming, easy access to restaurants and shopping. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac which is befitting of this world class property.
A must see.
The Gull Lake area is well known for its summertime activities. The house is located only 10 min. from Grand View Lodge and 15 min. from Nisswa. Nearby restaurants include Bar Harbor, Jakes , Sherwood Forest and Cowboys. The convenience of the Paul Bunyan Bike trail is also close by.
