When you're ready to venture outdoors, white sand between your toes is just a short walk across the boardwalk and the warm water will be splashing around you. If the beach isn't your thing, the pool may be the place for you! There is a separate children's pool so the little ones have a nice place to play. You might be on vacation, but your fitness routine doesn't have to suffer since Sanibel has both a fitness room and sauna on site.

Our only regret with this unit was that we had to leave.

Great location - great place!

The Sanibel complex itself is located in a wonderful area: a bit down the road from all the traffic & noise for a more quiet experience, and yet only a short bike or car ride to all the action. The unit provides a spectacular view of the ocean both from the living area and from the oversize patio outside.

For a large high-rise complex it was relatively quiet. Plenty of parking available and although the unit is located on the 9th floor, we had easy elevator access. Plenty of carts are provided on the main floor so that trips with luggage, groceries, etc. were of no problem at all. Access to the beach was also easy. Across the street and a short few feet down to a “public access” ramp with convenient beach showers.

The unit itself is surprisingly spacious, well appointed, and extremely clean. It has neutral decor and looks (and feels) modern and comfortable.

Two great bedrooms, each with their own large attached bath. The unit also has a half bath located closer to the main living area.

The kitchen is spacious and well appointed with plenty of extra storage, cooking utensils, etc. Open dining area with a large and roomy table.

It has a large living room with comfortable seating and a pull out sofa bed. It has a nice size TV although it was hard to watch TV with the massive over-sized windows providing the entire open living area (den, dining and kitchen) with such spectacular views!

Though we found the living area spacious and comfortable, we ended up spending most of our time on the large patio enjoying fabulous views of the gulf.

Exceptional stay! We felt at home: comfortable and safe. (the only thing dangerous was the the famous De Sota’s Seafood Kitchen was WAY too convenient to get to J

My family had a great time making wonderful memories here and highly recommend. We will be back!
