Enjoy the Best Beach on the Island! If you dont know, ask someone who does - the south end (the 60 and 70 blocks) represent the skinniest part of the island (read as the beach and bay are very close to every house!) and represents one of the most kid friendly neighborhoods on the island!! You have beach entry at the end of your street with life guards...which is where you can go swimming (and you can only go swimming in front of the life guard stands which are placed in 4-5 block increments).

Bottom unit (first floor) duplex condo located 1.5 blocks to Avalon’s best beach. This four bedroom, two bath unit faces south to take advantage of southern breezes, bright sunshine and a setting sun.
