Thanks for letting us stay in your house. We had a wonderful time exploring. Also, we saw a fox and a bear right near the house. Hope to come back in the winter because your house is so beautiful

Quiet and spacious house

  • 4 of 5

Spacious house with all the modern comforts. Great for 10 people at 20 minutes from Grand Lake, Colorado.

Lots of wildlife around - we even saw a bear!

Great stay, Better than expected.

  • 5 of 5

The house itself is much bigger than I expected and much better than the photos. The amenities were also outstanding.....linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, pantry items, laundry detergent, etc were all available for our use which was great since we flew in and could not bring a lot of things with us. The only recommendation that I have is to upgrade the wi-fi, if possible. Some of our group were not able to use the internet because it was very slow or did not work at all on their phones. Overall, it was a great home!

Friends Getaway

  • 5 of 5

This gorgeous mountain house sitting on a peaceful lot just south of Grand Lake was perfect for a Rocky Mountain get away with our friends. There was plenty of room for both of our families to hang out together and still have privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to fix meals for a group (and a dishwasher to aid cleanup!) The kitchen is open to the living room so the chef isn't excluded from conversation. Wildflowers and hummingbirds were abundant on the property and we even saw a bull moose right from the living room window! Away from the city lights we were able to see the most amazing night sky and appreciated the comfy beds after days hiking and kayaking in the nearby Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain Nationl Park area. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Fall Aspen Beauty

  • 5 of 5

Thank you for the use of your house in Grand Lake. We had a great time.

From the fox greeting us at your garage door upon our arrival to the beautiful views of the aspen

from every window to all the wonders of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Grand Lake region.

Everything we needed was readily at hand: cooking and dining needs, bedding and towels and paper products.

Clean Home with everything you need!

  • 5 of 5

We had three families, total of 12 people and were very comfortable. The house is very spacious and stocked with everything we need, including games for the kids! The fire pit looks amazing but unfortunately Grand County had a fire restriction while we were there. The house was a ways off the highway, but the secluded location was well worth the drive. We saw a few deer and fox driving back and forth but nothing bigger than a deer. The owners were easy to work with. We spent a large amount of time in the National Park and Grand Lake, and while we could've stayed closer, it wasn't too far to access both pretty quickly.

We loved our stay!!
