About Ann Marinovich
We live in the Los Angeles area.
Ann Marinovich purchased this Cottage in 2002
Why Ann Marinovich chose Skull
We discovered the beautiful town through friends who invited us to stay with them during a family vacation to Schull. The town is small, yet there is a lot to do. The area is great for relaxing. It is also a great location for family vacations, as there are so many varied activities within walking distance from the cottage. The cottage is within a quarter of a mile of the sailing school, which offers sailing lessons.
What makes this Cottage unique
We love our cottage because it has amazing views from the living room, kitchen/dining area and master bedroom. We also love the fact that it is so close to town, yet it far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide for tranquility and privacy. Viewing the moon on the water is very beautiful and gives a feeling of romance. The large grassy area in front of the cottages is a plus for children wanting to play outside.

Outstanding location where one can walk to town
We had a lovely stay at this cottage in Schull. There are some very good restaurants including The Grove House and The Waterside Restaurant, and it is an easy walk to them. This was very helpful as we enjoy some wine with dinner and never drink and drive. The view from the cottage is grand and the hosts were very helpful and available both by email and by phone.

Make sure the owner sees these comments on the low standards of the property she is renting
Sean, thank you for your review and comments. All of the issues you raised in your review have been addressed and repairs made. It is important to us that our guests have great experiences at our cottage.
In speaking with our property manager, we found that she was not aware of any of the issues other than the upstairs window. She called for repair immediately upon learning of it. She also was not aware that your car had been bumped. We are one of 15 cottages on the property and do not know who ran into your car.
Because we offer a self-catering vacation cottage, we do not provide soap, etc. However, we have decided that we will provide a small starter kit for guests in the future.
We encourage our guests to contact the property manager when needing additional towels and mats or if they notice that repairs are needed at the cottage.
